Getting yourself strength training forward and using cardio as an accessory will help you to build more muscle.
3. Cozy Up To Strength Training
Cut the excuses.
It isn't harder than cardio.
It won't make you look like a man.
It's not just for men.
Like anything else with practice, you will be just fine.
Strength training and putting resistance on your muscles with weights is an ABSOLUTE necessity if you want to get toned.
4. Stop Guessing What To Eat
Learn your macros.
It will show you exactly how much protein, fats, and carbs you should eat for your particular body, age, goals, etc.
Knowing your macros is a GAME CHANGER because guessing or saying "I eat pretty healthy" doesn't cut it.
5. Restrictive Diets Will Never Do It
Getting toned is an additive process.
It happens by building muscle.
This can not be achieved through restriction.
Stop the restrictive diets if you are trying to get toned and don't have the muscle yet.
5. Stop Winging Your Workouts
What will get you to your goals is currently outside of your understanding.
Or else you would already be achieving them.
Follow a plan.
Plans give you the confidence to show up every day.
And go through your workouts properly so you can get results.
