Hi there. My name is Brenda Hughes and I’m a 49 year old mother of three teenage sons and currently a part-time account specialist. I started my fitness journey two years ago, as I was totally out of shape and just plain skinny fat. I’d seen an ad on Facebook for a free 15 day challenge by trainer Lindsey and I figured I can do anything for 15 days. I went on to complete that three times, followed up with her six week challenge, in another program she had, which was called [Sculpt 00:00:32]. The first few weeks I was blown away at how intricately detailed her plan was. Getting in the right mindset, making a commitment to yourself before digging into any of the details of the program. I was really eager to get started. Within the first few weeks, I realized how much under eating I was doing. I had been doing this for so long, even though I tracked my macros and eat healthy, I just wasn’t eating enough to feed the goals I wanted. And in just a short time, I could just feel my energy soaring, my workouts were greatly improving. And having Nikkiey’s reassurance every week was just so confident building for me. Her program has taught me, or it’s actually provided me with all the tools and skills I need that I will never have to buy another program again. And I can achieve that mean muscular body that I have been striving for for two years.

I only wish I would have found or had the opportunity to be in this kind of program when I started my fitness journey. It would have saved me hours of frustration, months of delays, lack of progress, and a ton of money on programs that I didn’t need and you didn’t see results.
