Hi, my name is Ines. I am 42 years old and I’m chief of staff of a media company. Prior to Warrior Babe, I was working with nutritionists, so they were always telling me what to do and when to do it. After our relationships would ended because I would get the results that I wanted, I would then end up being okay for about a month and then the pounds kept coming on and I never understood why. And I realized after, the why is they taught me how to cut, but they never taught me how to maintain and how to live forever. They always had me in a major deficit too, which I knew wasn’t the best way for me, especially with the way I’m built, but just went along with it, because they know better than I.
So I realized this was not the right approach. I didn’t want to work with someone who is just going to make me eat, 1100 calories a day, let’s say, for the rest of my life because that’s not even remotely feasible. I had stumbled upon Warrior Babe via an Instagram ad and I started looking into it and what it was about, as well as Nikki, and I was like, “Wow, this is amazing.” She did this all on her own and I want to learn, I want to know all the tricks and tips that she knows because this is going to be me forever. I need to do this forever. So I purchased the product and then I started, I dove straight into the modules and absolutely loved it. I loved what she was telling us. I loved the positive energy. I loved knowing that she was telling us also how to work out.
I did CrossFit for over five years and just got exhausted from it. I just didn’t want to do it anymore. I wanted to go back to a regular gym and go back into doing regular workouts. So I broke up with CrossFit and ended up joining a regular gym and her workouts have been awesome. She tells you what to do, it’s very programmed out as to how your week should be. So it’s been super easy to follow. And the eating, I can’t believe how much food I’m eating and I’m still losing weight consistently. It’s been three months now and I am down a couple of dress sizes and it’s just been amazing. I feel great. I feel that I look great and I’m looking forward to the rest of my journey. I know I still have a decent way to go, but I can see the end and I see the end being, I can eat a lot of food forever and this is absolutely amazing. So I’m definitely looking forward to being where I want to be and not living on 1100 calorie days.
Even now I’m eating so much food and I’m still losing weight, so I am blown away at how much it’s fixed and changed my metabolism so that I can have an enjoyable meal without suffering of now what am I going to eat? I’m starving and I can’t because I’m trying to cut. That’s never been the case for me. I’m always fully satisfied. As the day’s over, I’m like, “I’m stuffed,” And then I weigh myself the next day and I’ve lost weight. It’s amazing. I am looking to getting to the exact place that I want to be, and I know that you will too. I highly recommend this program. If you want to learn how to do it and do it on your own, this is the best way for you to do it. You need to learn how to do this.
With that said, the accountability is amazing too. I jumped in the Facebook group, I read what everyone else is doing and it’s exciting and it’s awesome and everyone has been super helpful. Whenever I’ve posted everyone’s jumped in and helped me and guided me as to what they should do, Nikki included, which has been amazing. I definitely recommend using them. They’re all there to help you. We all want to help each other as well as jump on the Q&A’s. Even if you don’t have the time, jump on early, raise your hand, and if you aren’t able to stay on the whole time, Nikki gets to you and she gets to you pretty quickly. So definitely be involved. You will get more out of this the more involved you are with the group and with the team and Nikki wants to help you and wants to teach you how to do this. It’s absolutely amazing and I wish you the best with this.
