What’s up everybody, my name is Jenn, I’m 35 years old, and I started Warrior Babe about six months ago. Before Warrior Babe, I did a lot of different programs, like Beachbody program and calorie deficits and carb counting and carb cycling and all kinds of different programs that I really did not feel like were right for me in the end. Yes, I might’ve lost weight, but I definitely was not toning, and was not feeling any less fluffy even though I lost weight in different areas. And I feel like I was always combating, you know, stubborn fat and stubborn different areas.
So I feel like I was looking for something that would be right for me. And I feel like also in the past, before Warrior Babe, I was not so interested in working out, I was going to the gym and doing what I had to do because I felt like I had to do it, not necessarily because I wanted to do it. So of course, Nikkiey floated across my Facebook page like many other people out there, and I saw the program and I thought, “That would be interesting, let me give that a try.” So I went on and read some information and started with the blast-off emails and immediately felt like this was gonna be the right thing for me.
So I dove right in, immediately started the program, started in deficits, started lifting weights, getting a little bit more into it, working out from home, obviously, due to COVID, and started seeing results immediately. I was really excited about the program. So about three months in over the summer, I’d seen a lot of great results and knew that this was definitely the right program for me. Went from monthly right to yearly, and looking now to go to lifetime, because I absolutely love it. I’ve seen big changes in muscle growth. My husband has seen a lot of changes as well. He’s big into lifting weights as well and has seen a lot of great changes, and I’ve gotten a lot of great feedback from friends and family on everything that I’ve been doing, and I feel great. I’m a mom, I have a little three-year-old daughter, and she sees me lifting weights, and I love that, ’cause she gets to see the benefits of lifting weights and strength training as a woman. And she gets to see Mommy and Daddy both in the gym, and wants to learn how to lift weights too.
So we let her learn, safely, of course, to start doing some stuff with us in the gym, we start her on some yoga and some little exercises for kids, just to keep her interested, because it’s a great thing for her to be seeing for her future, to be seeing her parents, especially her mom, to be doing a program such as this. So I really hope that everybody else out there gives this program a try. If you stick to the program, and you stick to the macros, and you do the best that you can every single day, you will see the results. It is real. I know that there’s a lot of people who will say that, oh, programs are cookie cutter, one-size-fits-all. This is not a one-size-fits-all program. You know, everybody is different, every single person, you know, even similar in weight and similar in size, every single person can see different results from this program if you really do stick to it.
This program has me excited to get up at 5:30 every morning, get a workout in before I get to work, I work full time as a pharmacist, busy mom, and just keeping up with everything, and keeping up with lifting and meal prepping and all that. And sometimes it may not be the most fun to get your meal prep done, but it’s gotta be done. You have to get it in. And I appreciate what this program has taught me. And I look forward to a great future and seeing what more results I can get out of it, and hope you all do too. See you soon.
