From scary skinny ... to eating treats guilt-free

Hello, my name is Kayla King. I just wanted to just talk a little bit about Nikkiey’s program and how much I’ve learned from it and grown. So before I bought Nikkiey’s program, I was having a lot of issues with my weight. I came back from being abroad, and I was eating probably like one to two meals a day, tracking my calories on FitnessPal and I just got like really, really skinny, and had a really bad relationship with food. And so when I bought Nikkiey’s program, I was kind of introduced to Macros and learned how to entirely change my outlook on food, so that I could incorporate treats and not feel super guilty about it. Because I remember as soon as I would eat something that would be considered a cheat meal, I would write in my diary afterwards and say how guilty I felt and then probably go over exercise.

But Macros allowed me to not feel guilty about it because it fit into my plan, and I felt like I was still doing right by my body. And not only that, but it allowed me to be more comfortable with traveling, because I am a huge traveler and I love to travel. But every time I would go somewhere new, it would make me super uncomfortable when we would go out to eat, because I feel like I’d be overeating. But by being able to track my Macros and know that everything is going into a plan, that really just helped me to have a much healthier relationship with food.

And also I have a little special situation because I am training for a bodybuilding competition. So Nikkiey has been awesome in helping me adjust my Macros, specifically for that competition. And then hopefully after I finish, which my competition is in a couple of weeks, then she’s going to help me reverse out, which will be super awesome.

So in all, she’s a great support system. It completely changed my life and taught me not to feel bad about eating food and to have a healthy relationship with it. And right now my body fat percentage is the lowest it’s been, while my muscle has been the highest. So I am an experienced lifter. I have been lifting since I was a little kid, but this program has truly been amazing for me. Specifically for the nutrition part, and then also the workouts are great as well. Especially with her new app coming out, it makes you accountable, she tracks it, and overall just really positive things about this program. So definitely check it out. Worth the buy for sure.
