Hi, my name is Kristin. I am 40 years old, I am a mother of two girls, age 11 and nine, I’m a registered nurse, and I live in Florida. I joined WarriorBabe in back in August this year, prior to that, I’m a runner, I’m a cardio junkie, I love it I was doing two marathons a year, but you know there came a point where like I’m running all these miles and yes I’m in skinny and I’m in good shape running wise, but like, where’s my muscle definition? I need muscle definition. I think someone called me skinny fat one day and I was like, what? No! So, I would try things I would still run, but I would like join those garage gyms and do circuit things and I just wouldn’t see any results. Then the pandemic came and yes I was running but then my clothes were fitting me tight, and I just didn’t feel good, I wasn’t eating right, and I’m like, “God, I need to do something.” So it wasn’t til like, we were going to the Keys and I’m scrolling through Instagram and I came across Nikkiey and I’m like, “who is this girl? “Damn, She looks good. What is this? “What is this program? Like, I need to find out more.” And so, I did my onboarding and I called and I got all the information. I’m like, this seems like legit, you know? It doesn’t seem gimmicky, you don’t have to eat the shake and watch this video or do this video or, cut things out of your diet, because I love food. So it just felt good. And looking at Nikki and reading about her and she looks good and she’s in it and she’s had good results and she just, she knows what she’s doing. So I joined blueprint in August. I went through the modules and I was like, “Damn wow, “there’s so much good information in here. “A lot of education.”
Not even just, from nutrition, to doing your macros to getting yourself mentally prepared to do this. Like self-help stuff, it’s just got everything. And there’s a community on Facebook that if you need any questions answered, you’re never left alone, you always get them answered. The support is there, you get one-on-one with Nikkiey and to answer any of your questions. So I started and I was on blueprint for three months. I did see results, I felt good, my body was changing. I dropped eight pounds. That first week is like right away, I knew. Because I had so much energy, lots of food. I was like, Whoa, but like so much energy, and my weight was dropping. So at the end of the three months, I was good, I was in a good place, but I felt like I needed a little bit more, I just need an extra push, I need some more. And so I looked into VIP. I joined VIP in November, I’m two months in now, obviously. And wow, I have muscles, I’m stronger, I feel good. I’m still running, yes, I’m still running. I’ve tailored it back and I’m okay with that but it’s just been a game changer, the whole thing. You get your one-on-one coach who’s there whenever you need her, you get a workout plan to you, your macros are adjusted, according to every two weeks. It’s just personalized and it’s good and it kicks your butt. I have abs, I had never had abs, I can see muscles coming.
I’ve just learned so much and it’s been a game changer. And I have, I changed everything. I have a different outlook on food and how to eat it and when to eat it, and I did you get gallon of water, who knew? But, nothing but good things. And I’ve stopped hitting my head against that wall trying to figure out why, why can’t I get muscles? And I’m there. I have a way to go, but it’s working. You have to trust the process. Rome wasn’t built in a day, be patient. It’s not going to happen overnight, but you will get there. And it’s been nothing but good things. And I have nothing but good to say about it, but yeah WarriorBabe it works for me.
