Hello, my name’s Melanie, I’m 37 years old. I work in the education department and I have a nine-year-old. Before I started WarriorBabe, I was working out six days a week, I was eating relatively healthy, my problem was is I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. It is full blown education in nutrition, macros. I learned what I eat, why I eat and the importance of it. It is also tailored specifically to me and my body type, my activity level. Not to mention the one on one coaching that supports you throughout your journey. What you do is you take all your information, your photos, your measurements, your weights over a period of time and you call and you check in. And I can remember one of the first times I checked in and I was ready to go to a lower carb count. And Nikkiey and I had that fruitful conversation and she’s like, “I think you need to eat more food.” And she gave me 30 more carbs, and my mind was so blown by the fact that I got to eat more food and still see results.
I can tell you, over the six months that I’ve been a part of this awesome program, I have lost 15 pounds, I have dropped two inches from my waist and I have dropped two inches from my hips. I have learned about me, my body and how it works and how I can be successful for the long haul. That is one of the reasons why this program works so well.
