Hi, I’m Michelle. I have three children. I’m a health coach and a CrossFit trainer. And before WarriorBabe, I gave other diets a chance and nothing seemed to work. I did Beachbody with the shakes. I’ve done SlimFast. I did Weight Watchers a few times. But none of those programs worked for me, nothing long-term. Then I found macros about two years ago and I really liked it. It worked for me. I loved it, but then I hit a plateau and I didn’t know where to go. Then COVID hit and I just got so discouraged. I had my plateau. I got tired of tracking. I had no more motivation. So I decided to give macro tracking a break for a little while. And I just didn’t like what started happening to me. In the afternoons I started feeling sluggish with no energy.
My workouts weren’t the same anymore. I wasn’t as strong as I once was. And I noticed my clothes were starting to fit me different and I was losing my muscle tone. So then I was really discouraged. I knew I had to do something. Macros I thought was my answer, but I just had no motivation on my own to start tracking again and starting up again. Then I started seeing ads on my Facebook wall for WarriorBabes with Nikkiey, and I said, “You know what? I like what I see. What she’s saying resonates with me. I like the way she looks, her arms, her shoulders.” So I said, “I want what she has. And if she’s willing to show me the way, help me break through my plateau, I wanna give it a shot.” And I did and in two months I broke through that plateau. I lost six pounds that I gained and I started seeing new muscle. And my body was becoming a lot fitter as well as more muscle tone. And I was feeling a lot more energetic. I didn’t have that afternoon crash. And I was performing so much better at the gym.
So I love this program. If I have any questions, I send Nikkiey my photos, my measurements, and I could jump on a Q&A call with her and she’ll take the time to answer my questions. She’ll look at my photos, my measurements, and we’ll decide where to go next. So it’s awesome. Besides having her, she teaches you how to track, how to adjust your macros if you hit those plateaus, as well as share some different exercises as well. Then there’s also the WarriorBabe community out there. There’s other babes out there to support you through Facebook. And they’re so inspirational and motivational. They post their workouts, their food, what they’re eating, their tips, as well as support if you have a question. I posted my before photos as well as my after shots ’cause I’m so proud of them. And the response was overwhelming. I couldn’t believe everyone was taking the time to say how awesome I looked, have a congratulation. That’s awesome. Keep going. How I’m inspiring people.
