Hi guys. My name is Victoria Stanford. I’m 36 years old. I am a stay at home mom to two boys. They are four and six and they’re keeping me very busy. I’d always been skinny and petite. Never had to worry about how much or when I was eating, I never had to count my calories until I became a mom. I knew I had to start working out. And so my fitness journey started about four years ago. I ran, I lifted weights, I did keto, I starved myself. Then I started eating really healthy chicken, rice, broccoli, all day, every day. But I didn’t know that how much and when really mattered.
So about two months ago I started looking online and I came across WarriorBabe and I joined my first seven day free trial. And I think the first time I started learning about macros and body types, I spent about four hours. I was fascinated. I was so excited. I was making notes, I was printing anything I could. And so as of today, I’ve lost almost six pounds and I was never able to lose that much. And finally seeing my core muscles and my muscle definition, I am just feeling so great.
