1:1 Personalized Macronutrient & Fitness Coaching For Women At Any Age & Experience Level
Adrien Whitmore
I vividly remember the day I started lifting weights 10 years ago and I haven’t stopped since then. I focused on learning to squat, bench press, and deadlift and tracked my progress with each and was amazed with the results. It wasn’t long before my hobby turned into a full-time passion as I found tremendous enjoyment in getting stronger and seeing my physique transform. I learned to count macros and make meal plans and coached myself into my first bodybuilding show, and after that decided to become a personal trainer, and learn as much as I could about building strength and muscle and having a physique I felt proud of. Currently, I am powerlifting and I love the mental and physical challenge of it. Coaching has been an incredibly rewarding experience as I’ve gotten to learn from each person I’ve worked with and help them build confidence, overcome fears, blast through plateaus, and achieve things they never thought were possible.
Allison Berg
I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer with over 25 years in the industry as a trainer and group instructor holding multiple national and international certifications in fitness and nutrition. Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of working with clients at every level, from fitness first timers to Olympic athletes reaching goals in strength, endurance, weight loss and athletic performance.
My personal fitness journey began in elementary school where I found my love for dance and volleyball and continued into my teenage years with my very first training client. Over two decades later, I still wake up with the same joy and passion to bring the wealth of health to others.
My education background began as a Pre-med student and shifted gears to teaching. I hold two Masters of Education and spent 15 years inspiring the future generation as a high school PE, Health and Science teacher. I also spent 24 wonderful years as a high school Volleyball coach and Strength and Conditioning coach growing young women into strong, confident State Champions.
I am also the mother of a 15-year old young man. As a single mother his whole life, I understand how personal health goals can often take a back seat to the joys and responsibilities of motherhood. We’re in this together and I am excited to show you how to balance all those responsibilities while still prioritizing your personal goals and aspirations.
Wherever you are in your journey, whatever your goals, I am here to guide you to success.
As a long time trainer and nutrition expert, I believe everyone’s health journey is unique and special. I approach every client with intent and empathy, tailoring each plan to the individual. Being a part of each and every one of my clients’ journeys has been an honor and I can’t wait to be a part of yours as well. I’ll be your biggest champion, Babe!
Allison Hassan
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and I hold various other certifications, including NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, ProNatal Fitness Level 1 & 2 Certifications, Precision Nutrition Level 1, Rehab-U Movement Optimization, and FMS. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 15 years, working with clients on fat loss, building muscle and strength, various performance goals, nutrition, and creating healthy and sustainable habits for health and longevity. I attended undergrad at the University of Texas at Austin and hold a BBA in Finance, but shifted gears after a few years in banking to the fitness industry, where my passion truly lies.
I spent my childhood as a competitive swimmer and began lifting weights consistently at age 13…and I’ve never stopped! I’ve been through it all with strength training and I’m able to tailor programs for my clients that keep them engaged, challenged, safe, and realizing great results. I believe strength training can help anyone become the strongest, healthiest and most confident version of themselves. I love showing women that strength training, paired with the right nutrition strategy, gives them true control of their longevity and the physique they wish to achieve.
I’m also a mom to a 5-year-old daughter! I understand firsthand the ins and outs of life as a busy working mom, and the struggles that moms often go through trying to get healthy and strike a good life balance. I healed from a C-section and went through all the proper core recovery techniques to repair and strengthen my deep core system and I can offer this kind of training for any mom, no matter how long ago she had her children. I also love to show busy moms how they can find the time to prioritize their own health and fitness and how making that commitment enhances everything else in their lives. As a coach, I’m empathetic, but I’ll also be quick to point out if your actions or beliefs are standing in your own way. I’ll be your biggest supporter and make sure you’re sticking to the right path to achieve your goals!

Ashley Goddard
Health and wellness have always been a huge part of my life starting in grade school playing basketball and volleyball. That passion continued and I received my bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a minor in Psychology and was certified as a Strength and Conditioning Coach shortly after and have worked in the industry for over 18 years. I have had the privilege to work in many different settings from working as a trainer at a personal training studio, as a corporate wellness coordinator for an insurance company, as a group exercise and bootcamp instructor at a community center, as a Chronic Condition Management Specialist specializing in Type 2 diabetes for an insurance company, and wellness coaching and personal training in the online space.
As a coach, I help clients learn more about themselves and lean into their true reason for making change. This helps them stay the course and make the commitment for the long haul. We are working on lifestyle changes, not quick fixes. I help take client’s goals and make them realistic by breaking them down into doable skills that build over time. I provide that support, accountability, and clarity on the best roadmap for you to reach your goals and beyond.
Many of my clients have been able to develop healthy relationships around food instead of using it as a coping mechanism. I have seen countless of my members reduce their diabetes medication or wean totally off of it. It has been a joy to see the personal transformations that happen when clients start to show up for themselves and how that impacts all areas of their lives. It is never just about the food or just about the workouts and that is the beauty of whole person coaching. My goal is the empower women to make that change for themselves and see the ripple effect it has on those around them.
I am a Midwest gal residing in Ohio currently. I have been married for over 18 years to my husband Dane. I am a boy and dog mom who loves to be outdoors hiking, climbing, and exploring. I love to run, read, do yoga, travel, and cook.

Brandye Burris
Hello! Coach Brandye, here. My life has always been on-the go. I started working in the live theatre at the age of eight as a dancer, actress and singer, with my focus throughout my adolescence being dance. When I moved out to Los Angeles at the age of nineteen to train and work as a professional dancer, thirty pounds found me, regardless of dancing forty hours a week. I moved back to Texas for a year to fix the problem I created and my love for fitness and nutrition began. My first certification was in Stott Pilates and my second one with AFAA for teaching group fitness. My first personal trainer certification and nutrition certifications came in the next two years. After having my twins at the age of 36 and gaining 75 pounds, I fell upon macros and I have never turned back.
Living as a single career mom, I fully understand how life can be busy almost every moment of the day and how many may find it difficult to fit in health and fitness. However, over the past 20 years spent coaching, there are so many ideas I am anxious to share with you on how to make sure YOU take care of YOU, no matter what curve balls are thrown at you and stage of life you are living at the moment. I feel knowledge is power and empowering women with knowledge that I have learned is a passion of mine that grows daily!
Bri Brennen
Hi! My name is Bri Brennen and I currently live in Redondo Beach, California.
My passion and purpose in life have always been to help others. As a lifelong athlete, I have focused that calling on health and wellness, helping individuals reach their fitness goals through sustainable lifestyle changes with an end goal of improving their quality of life.
In high school and college, I ran track and played volleyball, which taught me early on the vital importance of fuel and fitness to maximize performance. More importantly, I also learned that taking care of my body gave me the confidence and strength I needed to be the leader, and woman, I wanted to be outside of athletics. Once I learned this for myself, I knew I wanted to help everyone I could feel the same way.
I followed my passion to a masters program after graduating from college, and then joined the team at Pepperdine University, where I built the foundation of my career, spending 10 years as a collegiate strength and conditioning coach working with athletes across a range of sports.
After Pepperdine, I launched my own training business to help clients across a range of life stages to reach their goals. I have found helping women set and achieve their goals and make healthy habit changes that last a lifetime to be incredibly rewarding and I am inspired by being part of their journey.
When I’m not working with clients, you can find me playing beach volleyball, walking my dog Maverick, coaching, and spending time in nature.
Brittany Minard
I was always healthy, but I never classified myself as “fit”. It took becoming a mom to really see how amazing a women’s body is, and that ignited my true passion for functional health and fitness. I realized just how important it was to take care of my body both physically and mentally. All women deserve to build the body of their dreams without sacrificing the things they love. I have spent 6 years helping women learn how to start their own fitness journey, heal their hormones, and fix their relationship with food! The more I learn, the more passionate I become. My goal is to help women, especially other moms, learn how to take control of their health while creating a balanced lifestyle!

I worked for the Boston Celtics alongside their lead dietitian and strength training coaches, where I built a strong foundation in exercise science.
I have been an athlete my entire life, from gymnastics to CrossFit, and currently in marathon training. My love for fitness has always been the largest driving force in my life. I am excited to teach you how to fuel your body and empower you to be your healthiest self. I believe that with discipline you can make anything happen!

Casey Keeton
I grew up riding and training horses in barrel racing and eventually went on to compete in college and at the pro level. Along with keeping my horses in top shape, I learned early on that making my own fitness a priority was going to be key to being successful at a high level. I now have two daughters involved in every sport you can think of so I love getting to see them learn the importance of taking care of your body so you can perform at your best! I am so passionate about having a positive mindset and the role it plays in all aspects of life. I’ve worked with women going through all of the many stages of life we get the privilege of experiencing and I LOVE getting to see them break down the walls and limits they had built up about themselves! We as women are Strong and Capable of anything we set our minds to and I can’t wait to continue helping more ladies find their inner WarriorBabe!
Celest Roijas
I’m passionate about helping women fall in love with their bodies and become the best version of themselves. Through intentional habits of balanced nutrition, daily movement, strength training, and a positive mindset, I specialize in guiding my clients to achieve this transformation. My journey as a fitness coach began after going through my own physical transformation. I went from “skinny fat” to competing in bodybuilding competitions after discovering the power of weight lifting. From my first workout, I was hooked! Strength training and balanced nutrition completely changed my body. This experience, combined with my desire to help others, is what inspired me to become a personal trainer. I knew I had to share this life-changing approach with women who were stuck on the cardio machines. Then life threw me a curveball! After three hip replacements, I was embarrassed by my post-surgery weight gain and just wanted to see the scale go down. My mindset had shifted so drastically that I was caught in the yo-yo diet cycle, and my quest to lose 5 pounds led to me gaining 25 pounds over 3 years. My turning point happened when I was down to one pair of pants that would barely button and I realized that rollercoaster dieting was not the solution. Hiring a macro coach helped me reclaim my healthy lifestyle and fit body. This experience positioned me to share my knowledge with other women facing similar struggles. Now I hold a certification in Macros Nutrition and I’m on a mission to help women discover the power of macro tracking, strength training, and a positive mindset. I love empowering my clients with the tools and strategies to care for their bodies! Helping them become their most confident, vibrant selves is what lights me up.
Christine Grippi
Hi there! My name is Christine Grippi, aka Coach Christine, and I have been an online fitness coach for six years now! I thrive on helping others become confident in their own skin. My passion is motivating others and providing actionable advice to create a sustainable healthy lifestyle that they can utilize forever. Remember, you can still eat the foods you love and get lean! I love teaching others how to incorporate plant-based foods into their diet to give them some good clean energy, help prevent disease and to truly optimize their health in every way!
Claire Magenheimer
I love coaching women over age 40 because we all have our own unique challenges when it comes to health issues such as hormonal imbalances during perimenopause or menopause which makes it even harder when trying to lose fat or gain muscle mass. It’s not always about eating less and moving more. The secret sauce is eating better and working out smarter. When not coaching, you can find me in the kitchen, experimenting with new healthy recipes, especially Korean food. I love swimming, hiking, lifting, discovering beautiful beaches around the world, and spending time with my daughter in NYC. To stay motivated, I have competed in several bodybuilding shows, including my first show at the age of 40! Having owned and operated FitFoods with Claire, a successful meal prep business, I have helped countless clients achieve their health and fitness objectives through customized nutrition plans and delicious recipes that cater to the whole family. What lights me up each day is helping women achieve their health goals by helping them to fit exercise into their busy schedules and eat better without feeling deprived or like they’re missing out on anything!
Donna Flanagain
My love of sports and fitness developed in grade school when I started gymnastics, and has been evolving ever since. From coaching gymnastics and crossfit to personal training and nutritional counseling, I have been able to pursue my passion for fitness and change hundreds of lives along the way. The reward that comes with empowering women of all ages to become their best version has been amazing! I’m so fortunate to be able to share my love for health and wellness, and my goal is to continue down this path for many years to come. I am an advocate of overall wellness to include mental health and am currently working toward my Chopra Meditation Instructor Certification; this will allow me to lead others down the path toward effective mindfulness to make the mind body connection. Every day is a chance to be better!
Hannah Brothers
I remember when I started my fitness journey, almost to the exact day. I was 12 years old, so clearly I hadn’t come to taking it seriously quite yet; however, I remember stepping foot into the YMCA gym with my dad or my big brother and trying to imitate them and take in everything they taught me. I continued working out and playing sports all throughout middle school, on and off, and into high school. Though I knew fitness was my passion, I didn’t begin to take it seriously until my senior year of high school and into college. That is when I started to really understand how training and nutrition worked together. Looking back I realize my life has been changed for the best ever since. I went to college and graduated with a Bachelors in Exercise Science which made my love for the health and wellness world burn brighter. Freshman year of college is when I started personal training and I absolutely fell in love with it. While training I also became an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for a nearby high school. I continued personal training throughout my 4 and half years in college and transitioned to group training while still in school and after graduating. There is something about connecting with people and being able to help people change their lives for the better that is so fulfilling to me. I have two great passions in life: my faith and love for Jesus and helping others create the best possible life for themselves. This is not just a job to me, it is a passion and I am beyond grateful to be here and to be able to share that passion with you!
Hannah Hardy
Hello! I am Coach Hannah! My passion is to empower women to be the strongest, most confident versions of themselves through nutrition and fitness. When starting my own health and fitness journey, I developed an eating disorder that affected me physically and mentally for years. Once in undergraduate studies, I fell in love with learning about optimal nutrition and training to become the healthiest and best athlete that I could be. As I have continued to learn more and more through my studies, I have found that strength is beauty, and pursuing the process of gaining strength has given me a new sense of self-love and self-worth.
I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Education in Kinesiology and furthered my education to earn my Doctor of Chiropractic degree in which I learned extensively about functional medicine and its role in optimizing digestive, physical, mental, and hormonal health, along with helping people move pain-free and optimally. Athletically, I have competed at the CrossFit Games, the world championships of the sport, in 2021 and 2023 on a team and still continue to pursue the sport at a professional level.
It lights my fire to guide women on their journey to becoming the strongest, healthiest, and most confident versions of themselves! I am honored to be a part of such a wonderful team and community with WarriorBabe. I cannot wait to meet and help you all be your best you!
Haley Marsteiner
My coaching style is holistic. In addition to being a personal trainer and sports nutritionist I am a practicing holistic nutritional therapist, clinical herbalist, and holistic wellness coach. I am very explanatory, so I enjoy making sure my clients understand the reasons behind my recommendations. I enjoy working with women who need to boost self worth. I do a lot of goal setting outside of nutrition and fitness alone (again a holistic approach) and work with my clients on stress management, optimizing sleep patterns, establishing strengths and values, and then strategizing habits and patterns that align with and play off of these things. I understand how to nutritionally address digestive dysfunction and autoimmune conditions. I love working with babes that want to learn and that enjoy a well-rounded approach. I’m excited to help you meet your health and wellness goals!
Hollee Mohni
Growing up an athlete taught me discipline, allowed me to build my confidence, and fed my competitive nature. In college, I decided to pursue that as a career to help other people build confidence the way fitness allowed me to. After college I felt the real-life struggles many of us go through – working a full-time job, feeling like I didn’t have time to exercise, being exhausted, and eating whatever was quick and convenient. After hitting a breaking point, I began to learn how to prioritize daily movement, make simple and delicious healthy meals, and take back control of my health. This experience shaped my coaching style to focus on great food, pain-free movement, and sustainable habit change over time that you feel good about, leading to lasting results.
Jenilee Roy
Hi! My name is Jenilee Roy and I have been a personal trainer and nutrition coach for 17 years. I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and specialty certifications in women hormones, Diabetes, and autoimmune diseases. I have worked with hundreds of women helping them lose weight, heal chronic diseases, and get back their vitality! My specialty is helping women in perimenopause, menopause, and other hormone imbalances such as PCOS, Diabetes and autoimmune diseases.
After college and into my 30’s I struggled with my own health issues, which motivated me to dive deeper into nutrition. This is where I learned that food really is medicine. It became the important part of my clients weight loss and transformation journey.
What truly lights me up in life is being able to help my clients reach their goals and sustain them. I love what I do and I couldn’t see myself doing anything else!
My goal for my clients is to make healthy living an EASY part of your life. To take the “stress” out of it and FINALLY feel and see results, without feeling restricted. I don’t want you to see this as another diet and exercise plan, rather, I want this to be your new lifestyle.
Jen Moore
Hi! I’m Jen. Mom, wife, coach, USAF Veteran, and lover of all things active! I earned my degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University in 2004 and was commissioned into the AF upon graduation. After spending 7 years as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer I decided to separate from the military in 2010 and get back to doing what I love. As a military spouse I was able to share my passion for health and fitness with the community through personal training and group fitness all while continuing my education in the field.
For over a decade I have dedicated my time to inspiring others to find the potential within themselves to meet and exceed their fitness goals…and have fun doing it! Nothing brings me more joy than educating clients and motivating them throughout their fitness journey. I’m also in a new chapter of my life now that my husband has retired from the military and we have settled down for good in Durango, Colorado.
My personal goals are to continue to guide others on their path to great health while also maintaining my own health and fitness so I can enjoy all of the luxuries that living in a mountain town brings! I will strive to empower all of the women I coach and motivate them to become the best versions of themselves!
Jess Boutin
After dedicating a decade to working in the special education field, I made a bold decision to pursue my true passion for health and fitness. I enjoy combining my love for lifting heavy weights and long-distance running, making me a versatile and well-rounded athlete. Fitness has always been an integral part of my life, starting from my early days of playing soccer and continuing through high school, where I consistently engaged in running and weightlifting. Notably, I even competed as a 52kg powerlifter.
For me, fitness and nutrition coaching feel like the perfect fit. I derive immense joy, perseverance, and a profound sense of belonging when I engage in physical activity and nourish my body with the right nutrition. My ultimate goal is to share these empowering experiences with my clients and provide unwavering support as they strive to achieve their own aspirations. Together, we will establish effective systems that will pave the way for their success.
Kaitlin Reed
Hi, I’m Coach Kaitlin! I’m a fitness, nutrition, and mental wellness coach on a mission to help women build muscle and understand nutrition to feel and look their best. I am a US Army veteran, have a BA in Health Promotion and Wellness and Fitness Management, MA in Performance Psychology, am currently pursuing my PhD in Health Psychology, and have over 10 years of experience coaching women in fitness, nutrition, and mental wellness.
My passion in this field of work stems from my own personal struggle. Throughout most of my life I was obsessed with food, exercise, and body weight. I cycled through many extreme diets, rode the restrict-binge rollercoaster, and compulsively exercised. My obsession with food and exercise devastated my mind and body, but I eventually regained control of nutrition and exercise and finally began experiencing the results I was striving for. Muscle started forming, my mind and body started changing, and my outlook on life became much brighter–and now I’m here to help you do the same!
Many women have been on the hamster wheel of countless diets, various food restrictions, and following the latest trends only to continue to struggle with getting results and long-term change. I’m here to put an end to that so you can finally achieve your goals and live an empowered life!
Kate Felice
Hello! I’m Kate, originally from London, now enjoying the sun and nature of California. With a background as a psychologist, I specialized in supporting women through the aftermath of traumatic experiences, witnessing firsthand the incredible strength and resilience of the female spirit. This inspired me to become a personal trainer, focusing on holistic healing and empowering women to achieve their goals both mentally and physically. My journey led me from Equinox to private online coaching and now, to the wonderful Warrior Babe community. What I love most about coaching is guiding women to discover their own strength, capabilities and the joy of living a balanced life. I love food and so love working with clients to be able to indulge with intention, guiding them to create their best body and mindset together. I’m passionate about teaching you sustainable and consistent changes through strength training and nutrition education. My aim is to boost your confidence and equip you with lifelong skills. Let’s embark on this journey to create your best self, however, that looks to you, together!
Kate Holley
Playing college soccer and having always been active growing up, fitness has always had its place in my life. My true passion is finding that balance in functional movement and sport and seeing how your time in the gym improves areas of your daily life you never even thought about. I compete in triathlons, and for me, being an endurance athlete is more than just going through the motions of a training session, but it’s about FUELING your body to perform at its absolute best! Once I discovered the power of nutrition and how important it is for performance and overall health it became a pillar and fundamental part of my life. I want you to not only look like an athlete but to feel like one too!
Katie Seehusen
My passion for coaching started with I was working in a chemistry lab where I loved the science, but wasn’t sure if I was TRULY helping people.
Around that same time, I found strength training and regained my love for movement, but wasn’t getting the body composition changes I had expected.
I began delving into food science and nutrition on my own. I figured a lot of stuff out through trial and error, and wanted to help others who were experiencing my same roadblocks.
From there I decided to pursue a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Human Performance and began coaching as I was finishing up my schooling.
As I got farther into my coaching career, I could see how there was a gap between healthcare and health. Whether that was people coming from the doctor’s office after their 30-min visit with the advice to “eat less, move more” but no plan, people who were in chronic pain but all the doctor did was order an MRI and clear them when nothing appeared on the scan, or people finding that they were leaving their therapist visits without any skills to approach new situations, I knew that that’s where I belonged as a coach.
I believe in our doctors’ abilities to help people. I also believe many are limited on time and/or the constraints of insurance. Which is why I like to pick up where your doctor leaves off. I have a passion for helping you get a LONG-TERM PLAN to help you gain strength, lose body fat, and find your confidence.
Kathy Prohoroff
Hi! I’m Kathy Prohoroff, a personal trainer and health coach who believes that every client deserves to feel empowered, strong and confident in her skin; no matter where she’s starting from.
As a young woman, I struggled with crash diets and tons of exercise. In my heart, I always believed that there had to be a better way to achieve my best body and lifestyle goals without starvation or feeling deprived.
I was later introduced to the world of strength training at a time when women rarely frequented the weight room. My mission is to help support more women to find their inner warrior and to stop the crash dieting and aging breakdown.
I not only want you to look like a strong and fit woman; I want you to FEEL like one too!
Kayla Toussaint
I played four sports in high school before going all-in on basketball in college. Things took a bit of a left turn as I discovered my passion for resistance training, and I became a traditional-style lifter in bodybuilding, kettlebell training, marathon training, and even CrossFit! I love using corrective resistance training as a way to heal the body naturally, and fitness has brought a feeling of joy and power to my life that I never experienced before. Kiera Davis
I am a dedicated health and fitness coach with a genuine passion for guiding individuals towards their goals. I found my love for fitness and nutrition in my early 20s as I started taking up active hobbies. I quickly learned that to be healthy and not get injured, but still do all of the things I love, I needed to get more specific with my nutrition and fitness. As I have implemented healthy lifestyle components into my own life I have fallen in love with helping other people do the same. Coaching isn’t just a job for me – it’s a calling, and I’m grateful for the trust my clients place in me as we embark on this wellness journey together. My qualifications are as diverse as my approach, and I have learned so much over the past 12 years through my various studies on health and wellness. One of my coaching specialties is hormone coaching, which I have found to be a crucial piece of muscle building, weight loss, and overall health in women. I take a holistic approach to all of my coaching and with this perspective, I acknowledge the interconnectedness of nutrition, fitness, and mental well-being all as being essential components in the pursuit of optimal health.
But hey, life isn’t all work for me. When I’m not helping people crush their fitness goals, you’ll find me in full play mode – play for me is competing in obstacle course races, conquering ninja courses, exploring mountain trails, scaling rock walls, enjoying water sports, smashing pickleballs, traveling the world, reading books, climbing trees, spending time with people I love, falling off my longboard, losing card games, and taking naps in the pool. I love living a fun and active life and my goal is to make fitness enjoyable for you too! I want to help you develop a love for taking care of your body because when it becomes a passion, it effortlessly transforms into a lifestyle. Let’s make your wellness journey not only effective but ENJOYABLE!

Health & wellness has always been my passion; it is the essence of who I am. I knew from a young age that I wanted to help people live healthier lives; I’m lucky to have my passion and career collide. I’ve worked in the wellness & fitness industry since 2002, and I love what I do.
Since 2014 I’ve been employed at an Ivy League University, providing one-on-one consultations in fitness, nutrition, life coaching & general well-being, as well as providing lectures and workshops on various wellness-related topics.
I have a zest for life and adventure, and I’m always on the lookout for how I can help others.
Kim Rohatinsky
My love for movement, health and fitness started as a young child. I loved being active and was always involved in dance, team sports & running. I excelled at multiple sports including cross country, track, softball and soccer. I remember watching my dad finish marathons and having the dream to do that one day. I also had a strong desire to learn how to be healthy and active in the right ways. I had witnessed others try fad diets and unhealthy practices that mainly just broke down confidence. I wanted to be a part of building people up and helping them achieve the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, both physically and mentally. This led to my focus in college receiving a degree in exercise science. I’ve been involved in fitness in some aspect for most of my life. I finally trained and ran my first marathon a few months after college graduation. Calling my dad immediately after finishing. I have run 12 marathons (2 Bostons and qualified for the Boston Marathon 8 times) and multiple half marathons. While running was my focus for a while, I absolutely fell in LOVE with the transformation that comes from strength training. It is incredible and inspiring to witness the confidence, strength & change people can achieve through this discipline. I believe strongly in the balance of proper nutrition, strength training, cardio and mindset. They all play a key role in the lifelong change that leads to a more fulfilling life. I love being a part of this change and growth in others!
Kristin Alexander
My fitness journey didn’t begin until after my children were born, which was the first time I stepped foot into a gym. I immediately fell in love with watching my body change through strength training and the mental clarity regular exercise provided. Fast forward through becoming an instructor and later a personal trainer I opened my own studio in hopes of appealing to those women intimidated by traditional gyms. I wanted to be the welcoming arms I had needed when I was first starting out. Now, after 20 years in the industry and watching my own body survive and thrive through breast cancer, my passion is coaching the individual. Meeting them where they are and showing them their unlimited possibilities. I thrive on inspiring new thought processes, new habits and a greater self image in everyone I coach. Health is the foundation of a life well lived and I want that for everyone!
Kristin Geldmacher
Hello, I am VIP Coach Kristin and I am very excited to be here for you!
I have spent the last 10 years diving deeper and deeper into the field of nutrition and fitness. With my schooling and certifications, I am always looking to grow both my mindset and my knowledge. Growing up, my mom was a nutritionist and Pilates instructor. She always took me to the gym & taught me about food choices. I was a competitive dancer and gymnast in high school and experienced my own troubles with food, which is what sparked my passionate to really learn about this field. When I graduated high school I went straight into fitness and nutrition. I found a deep passion for learning exactly how our choices impact our overall health, for the short and long term.
I have spent the last 8 years working with clients one on one for both fitness and nutrition in group sessions from small to large, family sessions, business sessions, ect. I have done live cooking / health seminars on TV and have traveled to train in all sorts of settings. I specialize in fat loss, hormone therapy, gut health and disordered eating. I graduated at the top of my class in 4 short months at Purdue University with my bachelors of science in nutrition, and plan to re-enroll for my masters in public health. I have a 2.5 year old daughter and am experienced in working with women through pregnancy, pre-natal, post-natal recovery period and of course, busy moms.
Kylie Triolo
I started practicing functional fitness in February 2013 as a way to get in shape for my upcoming wedding and to prepare for a Tough Mudder race. I had fallen off of my exercise regimen as the distractions of life took my time, but I decided it was time to get back on the train. When my now husband, Brent, and I stepped into CrossFit Pallas, we never looked back. I started coaching because I like to help people. I’ve always looked for ways to help improve people’s lives, and this is an empowering and energizing way to do so. The thing that I love most about coaching is seeing progress, happiness, and fulfillment of those that I coach. I also started coaching as a personal challenge. I’m not confident with public speaking, and coaching offers an opportunity to break through that barrier. I have a few personal training clients that I absolutely adore and love working with. I earned a certificate in Integrative Nutrition Counseling from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2014 and previously worked from another online nutrition company for about 7.5 years as an online nutrition coach.
Being able to help my clients achieve their health and wellness goals through macro planning, support and open communication has been very fulfilling. It’s extremely rewarding to see people reach their goals and I feel like all my efforts have come full circle as we put these practices together.
Lauren Bradley
My passion is helping women quit the dieting cycle and start automating their healthy habits so they have more time for other things that bring them joy and fulfillment. I spent 15 years trying every diet and nutrition hack out there, losing & regaining the same 15-20 pounds time and time again. But once I quit looking for the quick fix and leaned into the work of learning my body and what made it feel best, there was no turning back! I lost 20 pounds and have been maintaining that loss for almost 10 years. Since then, I’ve made it my mission to help as many women as possible learn how to eat and exercise in a way that is healthy and sustainable. I help my babes create simple daily habits and implement the small action steps it takes to get them to their big goals, and in turn, that means more effective, long-lasting results.
Lauren Saindon-Fullmer
“Find your fit in fitness” has been my motto since I dove head first into training in person clients in 2018. I believe that your fitness journey should fit into your current lifestyle and ENHANCE your life in every way possible. I want to show you how empowering it is to be strong and empowered through fitness and show up for yourself 1% better every single day.
Lauren Starace
My name is Lauren Starace and I live in sunny South Florida. I grew up in Northern New Jersey and ever since the age of 3, I was a competitive athlete competing in every sport imaginable. The main sport I followed through with was Track and Field & Cross Country. Competing in the Junior Olympics at a young age and always competing at state meets even after moving down to Florida, I have always enjoyed living a healthy lifestyle as I practice what I preach. My passion is changing the lives of many who have followed the mainstream “fad diets”, and instructing women on how to workout and live a healthy lifestyle without stressing over their day-to-day routine, for their specific goals. Growing up in a medical family, I always saw how medicine changed lives; as I got older and went through part of Physician Assistant school, I realized how the medical world has changed. I have always done my job by considering my clients’ well-being and lives above all. With that being said, I followed my passion and changed majors, I graduated from the University of Florida with a Masters in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida. After graduating with my undergraduate degree I have worked with many different athletes, women and men of all ages ranging from children to adults. I have been a Personal Trainer since 2013, have competed in NPC bikini competitions, and have been a wellness director for medspas changing the lives of many from the inside out as well as working on the outside. Whether your goal is to improve your diet, get your hormones on track, or your physical training, I am here to guide you to feeling and looking your best you’ve ever felt!
Lindsay Dill
Growing up I was naturally athletic, participating in group sports like basketball, volleyball, softball and gymnastics. Despite my athletic ability and a knack for being active, I was never really “fit” through my adolescent and teen years. I was overweight into my early 20’s and struggled with binge eating and some major body image issues (like most of us). When I was 20 years old, my dad passed away after a 15-month battle with cancer. I didn’t really know it at the time, but that life event would catapult me into my love and passion for fitness!
Working out was always the easy part for me, but nutrition was the missing piece. I started coaching in 2014 when I moved from Southern Illinois to Los Angeles, and discovered a whole new world of fitness. I’ve coached a wide range of modalities including CrossFit, bootcamp classes, semi-private strength training, 1:1 personal training, and weightlifting. I even developed and coached a youth program for a little over a year during my stint in CrossFit. In 2019, I completed my nutrition coaching certification through Precision Nutrition and was truly able to up-level my client’s experiences in their own fitness journeys.
The athlete in me still reigns strong, and now I actively compete in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. I also coach in-person Weightlifting at my gym two nights per week and regularly volunteer to help out at local meets. Strength training changed my LIFE! It has given me the confidence and capability to believe that I can do anything I set my mind to, and I want to help show you the way to your own confidence, too!
My coaching philosophy is holistic meets scientifically backed. Data and trend tracking is important, but you are a whole person and your story deserves to be heard and understood so I can best serve you. I believe that balance is possible, and with a little willingness and hard work, you can have your cake and eat it too.
Lindsey Markel
My passion for coaching is rooted deep within my personal and professional triumphs that have molded me into the woman I am today. I fell in love with wellness and athletics at a young age, beating records in the high school weight room and on my sports teams, while unveiling my true self through discipline, hard work, and commitment. After graduating HS, I went off to pursue my BS degree in Exercise and Sports Science, as well as a collegiate volleyball career, and dove headfirst into personal training, building a personal training business at the age of 20. Shortly after, I furthered my education and earned my MS degree in Strength and Conditioning and had the privilege of coaching over 100 college athletes. Since then I have trained and educated over 700 collegiate and high school athletes, over 100 personal training clients ranging from weight room rookies to men and women still moving and grooving in their late 60s, and have built countless relationships that still impact me today.
In addition to athletic performance, I also have extensive experience in functional fitness, injury recovery and prevention, powerlifting and Olympic lifting, nutrition and supplement guidance and instruction, eating disorder recovery, and mindfulness practices. To me being a coach is more than just building programs and producing results, it’s about building lasting connections and building strong, happy, healthy humans. I can’t wait to meet you and be alongside you on this new journey!

Shelley Erasmus
My fitness journey began when I was very young; as a gymnast and dancer, I enjoyed movement and staying active. My love for fitness expanded in high school when I was introduced to the squat rack. Strength training forever transformed my life in so many ways. I earned my M.S. degree in Exercise Science where I had the amazing opportunity to conduct research on “What Constitutes a Healthy Elderly Adult” and the “Effects of Exercise on Aging, so I know the benefits of exercise and lifestyle choices go far beyond losing weight and redefining body composition. Although I knew “all the things” when I entered my 40s I struggled with creeping weight gain, low energy and feeling uncomfortable in my skin. A few years in I had an “Aha!” moment and realized the game had changed and it was time to change the playbook. I am now 50 and I have more energy, feel stronger and more confident than ever. I’m beyond grateful for what my journey to feeling fabulous beyond 40 has given me and I am passionate about using my knowledge and experience to help other women live their best life. I am committed to helping as many women as I can reach their physical and mental potential by cultivating a lifestyle they love. I meet women where they are and help them embody Movement, Moderation and Mindset so they can ditch diets and continuous cardio for good and live Healthier Ever After.
Silviya Stoyanova
Hi, I am Silviya, My journey defies the typical narrative of being naturally inclined towards sports. Until my mid-20s, fitness and healthy living were far from my priorities. Raised in Bulgaria, I led a carefree life, indulging in college festivities without concern for exercise or nutrition. Everything changed when I relocated to the United States in 2012, starting anew at 22.
The shift brought about physical changes I didn’t anticipate, prompting me to confront my lifestyle choices. Despite feeling out of place in the gym initially, I resolved to educate myself on fitness and nutrition, recognizing the importance of a holistic approach to well-being.
Initially skeptical about achieving a fit physique, I lacked knowledge about fitness and nutrition.
However, I realized that the key was simply getting started. Embracing fitness transformed not only my body but also my entire life, igniting a passion that helped me discover my true self. Weightlifting empowered me, providing a strength and confidence I never knew I possessed, ultimately propelling me towards my goals with unwavering determination.
Today, I am driven by a passion for transforming lives through fitness, embracing every step of my journey as integral to becoming my best self.
I am proud to be a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer with over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry, encompassing coaching, training, and competing. I firmly believe in the power of women and aim to cultivate healthy and sustainable habits while alleviating the societal pressures they face. My ultimate goal is to inspire self-acceptance and pride, recognizing that sustainability is paramount to success in any fitness journey. After all, if you can’t sustain it, it won’t work for you.

I took my first steps into the world of nutrition and wellness at New Mexico State University, where I dived deep into Nutrition and Dietetics. What started as a curiosity blossomed into a full-blown passion, guiding me through various roles—from hands-on experience in the fitness industry to shaping health journeys as a Nutrition Program Director, and now, weaving everlasting wellness stories as a VIP Coach! My path has been anything but straight; it’s been an adventure of learning, growing, and, most importantly, connecting with people on a level that goes beyond the usual diet talk. Through my journey, I’ve embraced the power of personal touch in transforming lives. Whether it’s crafting a personalized plan for someone battling weight issues or just being there as they take their first steps towards a healthier self, it’s the personal stories and victories that fuel my passion. In my world, it’s not just about the food on your plate but about building a lifestyle that resonates with who you are and who you aspire to be.

Since I was young, staying active and sports have been a big part of my I have taught nearly every group fitness modality (indoor rowing, TRX, bootcamp, kickboxing, interval training, CrossFit, etc) under the sun and worked one on one with clients in person, at the park, and virtually. You might have seen me on an app teaching rowing classes even. That means that I have ran the half marathons, competed in CrossFit competitions, powerlifting meets, and everything in between. What I’ve learned through my experiences, is that there is no one-size-fits-all to a person’s journey. The best movement practice for someone is the one that they can commit to – thus, the one they are happy doing. I believe in coaching with compassion vs coaching for compliance. I believe in sustainable change through building habits. I’m excited to hear about your interests, your passions, and how we can grow together.

Hi! I’m Whitney and I’m super excited to join the powerful team of coaches here at WarriorBabe. I grew up in North Carolina, dancing ballet in the middle of two big, football-playing brothers. Between my dance classes, I’d join them in the weight room to lift weights, and this background gave me a keen awareness of body mechanics and alignment, along with an appreciation of strength training. I’m a single parent, a lover of coffee, DIY projects, and animals, and have a degree in Fine Art. I have over 15 years of experience coaching nutrition, personal training, and group exercise- everything from CrossFit to barre to cycle, OrangeTheory and running mechanics. My approach to fitness and nutrition is balanced, and I pride myself on being a coach who challenges, inspires, and encourages my clients equally.
