Allison Hassan
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and I hold various other certifications, including NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, ProNatal Fitness Level 1 & 2 Certifications, Precision Nutrition Level 1, Rehab-U Movement Optimization, and FMS. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 15 years, working with clients on fat loss, building muscle and strength, various performance goals, nutrition, and creating healthy and sustainable habits for health and longevity. I attended undergrad at the University of Texas at Austin and hold a BBA in Finance, but shifted gears after a few years in banking to the fitness industry, where my passion truly lies.
I spent my childhood as a competitive swimmer and began lifting weights consistently at age 13…and I’ve never stopped! I’ve been through it all with strength training and I’m able to tailor programs for my clients that keep them engaged, challenged, safe, and realizing great results. I believe strength training can help anyone become the strongest, healthiest and most confident version of themselves. I love showing women that strength training, paired with the right nutrition strategy, gives them true control of their longevity and the physique they wish to achieve.
I’m also a mom to a 5-year-old daughter! I understand firsthand the ins and outs of life as a busy working mom, and the struggles that moms often go through trying to get healthy and strike a good life balance. I healed from a C-section and went through all the proper core recovery techniques to repair and strengthen my deep core system and I can offer this kind of training for any mom, no matter how long ago she had her children. I also love to show busy moms how they can find the time to prioritize their own health and fitness and how making that commitment enhances everything else in their lives. As a coach, I’m empathetic, but I’ll also be quick to point out if your actions or beliefs are standing in your own way. I’ll be your biggest supporter and make sure you’re sticking to the right path to achieve your goals!
Brittany Minard
I was always healthy, but I never classified myself as “fit”. It took becoming a mom to really see how amazing a women’s body is, and that ignited my true passion for functional health and fitness. I realized just how important it was to take care of my body both physically and mentally. All women deserve to build the body of their dreams without sacrificing the things they love. I have spent 6 years helping women learn how to start their own fitness journey, heal their hormones, and fix their relationship with food! The more I learn, the more passionate I become. My goal is to help women, especially other moms, learn how to take control of their health while creating a balanced lifestyle!
Caryn Mello
Discovering my passion for health and fitness 11 years ago is truly what saved my life. As someone who battled with disordered eating and body dysmorphia, discovering my love for weight lifting changed everything for me. I started looking at food as fuel and shifted my focus from being skinny to being STRONG! I felt so empowered and confident in my skin, and it was then that I knew it was my purpose to help other women find the same peace and confidence around food and ultimately their bodies. I now have 10 years of experience helping women reach their personal health and fitness goals and several certifications and specializations. I love utilizing my degrees and my background in psychology to help women overcome the mental roadblocks that have been keeping them stuck and unable to reach their goals. Few things bring me more joy than seeing the women I work with become the happiest, healthiest, most confident versions of themselves! In my personal life, I am a wife, mother, and dog mom! I know what it’s like juggling a busy schedule while still making time for yourself and your goals. I love teaching women that they can still prioritize themselves without jeopardizing time spent with their families and everything else they have going on in their lives, and in doing so, they show up as the most powerful versions of themselves! I look forward to helping you on your journey!
Casey Keeton
I grew up riding and training horses in barrel racing and eventually went on to compete in college and at the pro level. Along with keeping my horses in top shape, I learned early on that making my own fitness a priority was going to be key to being successful at a high level. I now have two daughters involved in every sport you can think of so I love getting to see them learn the importance of taking care of your body so you can perform at your best! I am so passionate about having a positive mindset and the role it plays in all aspects of life. I’ve worked with women going through all of the many stages of life we get the privilege of experiencing and I LOVE getting to see them break down the walls and limits they had built up about themselves! We as women are Strong and Capable of anything we set our minds to and I can’t wait to continue helping more ladies find their inner WarriorBabe!
Donna Flanagain
My love of sports and fitness developed in grade school when I started gymnastics, and has been evolving ever since. From coaching gymnastics and crossfit to personal training and nutritional counseling, I have been able to pursue my passion for fitness and change hundreds of lives along the way. The reward that comes with empowering women of all ages to become their best version has been amazing! I’m so fortunate to be able to share my love for health and wellness, and my goal is to continue down this path for many years to come. I am an advocate of overall wellness to include mental health and am currently working toward my Chopra Meditation Instructor Certification; this will allow me to lead others down the path toward effective mindfulness to make the mind body connection. Every day is a chance to be better!
Emilia Chacon
I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and hold a PN1 certification through Precision Nutrition. I’ve worked as a Head Trainer in group fitness, as well as a 1:1 personal trainer for the last 8 years. I’ve been Health Coaching for various companies for the last 4 years as well. I have my Master’s in HR Management and my Bachelor’s in Social Work & Psychology.
I reside in Northern Virginia with my two beautiful girls – ages 9 and 4. I know what it’s like to balance ALL THE THINGS, realistically. Raising my kids, woking, cooking, cleaning, making time for my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. I also know what it’s like to reinvent yourself after not one, but two babies and c-sections. I believe in, practice, and coach my clients (and myself!) to overall wellness with combined fitness/movement & nutrition, goal setting, mindset work and most of all GRACE (for the long haul). I truly believe, having walked a similar road as many of you, that you can and will achieve what you want. I know being here can feel vulnerable and scary, but with the right support system, tools, feeling heard and seen, and becoming empowered to feel strong; both physically and mentally—you will get there, one step, one day at a time. I will be your biggest supporter with a love that is tough, but respectful.
Haley Larney
My name is Coach Haley Larney. I live in Palm Beach County, FL and my true passion is helping others find the best version of themselves in health and fitness! I am originally from Chester County Pennsylvania and got my bachelors in Exercise Science at Shippensburg University. After graduating, I worked to become accredited by the ACSM for exercise physiology. I played soccer competitively for most of my life and have always loved pushing my body in the gym. I have experience working with athletes, busy parents and busy professionals to reach their fitness goals. I am an expert in many modes of training and program creation, including strength, endurance, muscle hypertrophy, injury pre/rehab and functional training. What you can expect from me as a coach is high energy, tons of empathy, and a little tough love when necessary!
Haley Marsteiner
My coaching style is holistic. In addition to being a personal trainer and sports nutritionist I am a practicing holistic nutritional therapist, clinical herbalist, and holistic wellness coach. I am very explanatory, so I enjoy making sure my clients understand the reasons behind my recommendations. I enjoy working with women who need to boost self worth. I do a lot of goal setting outside of nutrition and fitness alone (again a holistic approach) and work with my clients on stress management, optimizing sleep patterns, establishing strengths and values, and then strategizing habits and patterns that align with and play off of these things. I understand how to nutritionally address digestive dysfunction and autoimmune conditions. I love working with babes that want to learn and that enjoy a well-rounded approach. I’m excited to help you meet your health and wellness goals!
Jen Moore
Hi! I’m Jen. Mom, wife, coach, USAF Veteran, and lover of all things active! I earned my degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University in 2004 and was commissioned into the AF upon graduation. After spending 7 years as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer I decided to separate from the military in 2010 and get back to doing what I love. As a military spouse I was able to share my passion for health and fitness with the community through personal training and group fitness all while continuing my education in the field.
For over a decade I have dedicated my time to inspiring others to find the potential within themselves to meet and exceed their fitness goals…and have fun doing it! Nothing brings me more joy than educating clients and motivating them throughout their fitness journey. I’m also in a new chapter of my life now that my husband has retired from the military and we have settled down for good in Durango, Colorado.
My personal goals are to continue to guide others on their path to great health while also maintaining my own health and fitness so I can enjoy all of the luxuries that living in a mountain town brings! I will strive to empower all of the women I coach and motivate them to become the best versions of themselves!
Jess Boutin
After dedicating a decade to working in the special education field, I made a bold decision to pursue my true passion for health and fitness. I enjoy combining my love for lifting heavy weights and long-distance running, making me a versatile and well-rounded athlete. Fitness has always been an integral part of my life, starting from my early days of playing soccer and continuing through high school, where I consistently engaged in running and weightlifting. Notably, I even competed as a 52kg powerlifter.
For me, fitness and nutrition coaching feel like the perfect fit. I derive immense joy, perseverance, and a profound sense of belonging when I engage in physical activity and nourish my body with the right nutrition. My ultimate goal is to share these empowering experiences with my clients and provide unwavering support as they strive to achieve their own aspirations. Together, we will establish effective systems that will pave the way for their success.
Judy Weisensale
As a former Division 1 field hockey player, fitness and nutrition have always been a huge part of my life. To me, having a healthy and fit lifestyle is incredibly empowering not just physically but also is exhibited through what you say and do each day. I blend together my life motto of having fun and working hard through my spin classes and group strength & conditioning classes that I teach multiple times each week. My passion for fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness is apparent in everything I do. I love helping women learn the tools to become the best versions of themselves!
Kate Holley
Playing college soccer and having always been active growing up, fitness has always had its place in my life. My true passion is finding that balance in functional movement and sport and seeing how your time in the gym improves areas of your daily life you never even thought about. I compete in triathlons, and for me, being an endurance athlete is more than just going through the motions of a training session, but it’s about FUELING your body to perform at its absolute best! Once I discovered the power of nutrition and how important it is for performance and overall health it became a pillar and fundamental part of my life. I want you to not only look like an athlete but to feel like one too!
Kayla Toussaint
I played four sports in high school before going all-in on basketball in college. Things took a bit of a left turn as I discovered my passion for resistance training, and I became a traditional-style lifter in bodybuilding, kettlebell training, marathon training, and even CrossFit! I love using corrective resistance training as a way to heal the body naturally, and fitness has brought a feeling of joy and power to my life that I never experienced before. Now, I love using my passion to inspire others to see the greatness within themselves!
Keri Johnson
Health & wellness has always been my passion; it is the essence of who I am. I knew from a young age that I wanted to help people live healthier lives; I’m lucky to have my passion and career collide. I’ve worked in the wellness & fitness industry since 2002, and I love what I do.
Since 2014 I’ve been employed at an Ivy League University, providing one-on-one consultations in fitness, nutrition, life coaching & general well-being, as well as providing lectures and workshops on various wellness-related topics.
I have a zest for life and adventure, and I’m always on the lookout for how I can help others.
Kristin Alexander
My fitness journey didn’t begin until after my children were born, which was the first time I stepped foot into a gym. I immediately fell in love with watching my body change through strength training and the mental clarity regular exercise provided. Fast forward through becoming an instructor and later a personal trainer I opened my own studio in hopes of appealing to those women intimidated by traditional gyms. I wanted to be the welcoming arms I had needed when I was first starting out. Now, after 20 years in the industry and watching my own body survive and thrive through breast cancer, my passion is coaching the individual. Meeting them where they are and showing them their unlimited possibilities. I thrive on inspiring new thought processes, new habits and a greater self image in everyone I coach. Health is the foundation of a life well lived and I want that for everyone!
Kylie VandenBrand
My name is Kylie and I grew up in Western Michigan but have now lived in Metro Detroit for close to five years! My biggest passions outside of fitness and nutrition are my fiance, my four dogs and boating during the summer months! I got into fitness at the young age of 15, training with my dad after school and learning all the basics to strength training. Since then I have competed nationally in the women’s physique category and worked in all avenues of fitness with varying ages and fitness levels! About 18 years ago, weight training for women wasn’t as accepted as it is today and I have grown a huge passion to help women be confident and learn the skills necessary to feel comfortable in a gym setting, and be confident in their own bodies while building necessary muscle! I love teaching women that they don’t need to “diet” or starve themselves to get the results they want and to teach them that food is fuel and to not deprive themselves!
Lauren Bradley
My passion is helping women quit the dieting cycle and start automating their healthy habits so they have more time for other things that bring them joy and fulfillment. I spent 15 years trying every diet and nutrition hack out there, losing & regaining the same 15-20 pounds time and time again. But once I quit looking for the quick fix and leaned into the work of learning my body and what made it feel best, there was no turning back! I lost 20 pounds and have been maintaining that loss for almost 10 years. Since then, I’ve made it my mission to help as many women as possible learn how to eat and exercise in a way that is healthy and sustainable. I help my babes create simple daily habits and implement the small action steps it takes to get them to their big goals, and in turn, that means more effective, long-lasting results.
Lauren Saindon-Fullmer
“Find your fit in fitness” has been my motto since I dove head first into training in person clients in 2018. I believe that your fitness journey should fit into your current lifestyle and ENHANCE your life in every way possible. I want to show you how empowering it is to be strong and empowered through fitness and show up for yourself 1% better every single day.
Lindsay Dill
Growing up I was naturally athletic, participating in group sports like basketball, volleyball, softball and gymnastics. Despite my athletic ability and a knack for being active, I was never really “fit” through my adolescent and teen years. I was overweight into my early 20’s and struggled with binge eating and some major body image issues (like most of us). When I was 20 years old, my dad passed away after a 15-month battle with cancer. I didn’t really know it at the time, but that life event would catapult me into my love and passion for fitness!
Working out was always the easy part for me, but nutrition was the missing piece. I started coaching in 2014 when I moved from Southern Illinois to Los Angeles, and discovered a whole new world of fitness. I’ve coached a wide range of modalities including CrossFit, bootcamp classes, semi-private strength training, 1:1 personal training, and weightlifting. I even developed and coached a youth program for a little over a year during my stint in CrossFit. In 2019, I completed my nutrition coaching certification through Precision Nutrition and was truly able to up-level my client’s experiences in their own fitness journeys.
The athlete in me still reigns strong, and now I actively compete in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. I also coach in-person Weightlifting at my gym two nights per week and regularly volunteer to help out at local meets. Strength training changed my LIFE! It has given me the confidence and capability to believe that I can do anything I set my mind to, and I want to help show you the way to your own confidence, too!
My coaching philosophy is holistic meets scientifically backed. Data and trend tracking is important, but you are a whole person and your story deserves to be heard and understood so I can best serve you. I believe that balance is possible, and with a little willingness and hard work, you can have your cake and eat it too.
Megan Benedict
Hi! I’m Megan, a seasoned health & fitness coach based in Petaluma, California. My passion for health and wellness began over a decade ago, leading me to pursue a degree in Exercise Science & Nutrition. This laid the foundation for a rewarding career dedicated to empowering women to take control of their health and create a balanced lifestyle.
For more than ten years, I’ve been guiding women on their fitness journeys, offering support, accountability, and education.
Becoming a mother further intensified my commitment to this path. The postpartum experience opened my eyes to the unique challenges women face, reinforcing my desire to help even more women find their power within.
Outside of coaching, I’m a proud outdoor enthusiast. The breathtaking landscapes of California serve as a backdrop to many family adventures.
Seeing my clients thrive fills me with joy. Whether you’re just embarking on your fitness journey or seeking to elevate your game, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
Meghan Hershey
My passion for fitness and bodybuilding began in high school, and while it was a path I wanted to take further, I had always been told I could never make a career out of my “hobby”. After keeping up with my passion on the side, and continuing my education in the fitness & nutrition field, I began competing for the NPC in 2014. Fast-forward to 2019, I finally made the decision to go all in and pursue certifications and a career as a Wellness Coach, and I have been coaching clients online ever since! I have a love for helping others reach the goals they envision for themselves, coaching with “firm compassion” as well as sharing helpful ways to not only make nutrition and fitness possible in a busy lifestyle, but enjoyable and sustainable, too! As a single mom of 3 with a small “domestic farm”, I’ve mastered the balance between mom-health-household-self care, and will guide you there, too. Cheers to your Health!
Monique Guffens
For a long time, cardio was my go-to, until I fell in love with lifting weights and getting stronger.
As an ex-marathon runner & in love with high-intensity training I understand your fear of slowing down, but let me tell you after mid 30’s your body is different and you have to change your habits! I have been eating a plant-based diet for almost 30 years, I’m passionate about everything gut health-related! I know the importance of eating the right food, and choosing the best exercises for your body/ age and lifestyle. Everyone’s needs and goals are different. I love teaching and guiding women to plan and control their own health and fitness journeys. While feeling in control, fierce and fabulous along the way.

Paige Pitts
I have worked in the health and wellness space for the last 7 years. I started with learning health science with a minor in nutrition during undergrad. My love for soccer, gymnastics, and snowboarding pushed me into the fitness realm wanting to learn more about how to improve and preserve the body with exercise and nutrition. My first soccer coach taught me the the phrase “health is wealth”. It isn’t something we are always given but something we need to work on each day. This includes both our physical and mental health. My career in the health and wellness industry has been largely centered around this idea that health is something that is influenced by the things we do daily and our attitude around them. I am passionate about helping women achieve performance goals, nurturing pain post-injury, and working with women in their pre/post-partum journey. I want to guide YOU to results that make you feel your most powerful and confident self. Let’s get to work!!
Raven Hughes
I have spent the last decade preparing myself to be in the position of the coach and trainer that I am today. I spent 7 years in a physical therapy setting. I have trained children, elderly, and athletes, and I fell in love with watching their successes. Being in that environment fueled my passion for health and fitness. I became obsessed with educating myself and getting results which ultimately led me to becoming a personal trainer and coach. My ultimate goal is to help every woman with even the smallest desire for change to learn how to fuel their bodies properly and become stronger, more confident versions of themselves.
Samantha Spatola
With eight years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I am a multidisciplinary coach with a focus in behavior modification. I was a competitive cheerleader from childhood through college. It was after an injury where I underwent hip surgery in 2014 that my passion for health and fitness took off!. After going to physical therapy, being in the weight room regularly, and diving into fitness education, I fell in love with the industry. I have been coaching ever since.
Over the years I’ve developed specializations in weight loss, body transformation, sport specific training and pre & post natal exercise. I’m also a competitive NPC Bikini competitor!
My goal is to always be the coach that I wanted for myself when I needed one. With my background in behavior analysis, I believe I have an edge in communication and understanding with my clients. This makes for the BEST possible client experience: trust in their coach, themselves and in the process.
Samantha Watson
I’ve been active my entire life: as a competitive dancer for 13 years of my childhood, in field hockey and lacrosse during high school, and 4 years of rugby in college. One of my proudest achievements is setting a powerlifting record in Oklahoma! I became a functional fitness coach for all ages and abilities, a D1 collegiate strength and conditioning coach (where I trained a Pan American weightlifting champion and two Colombian Olympic soccer players), a health educator and exercise physiologist for active duty soldiers at the Army Wellness Center, and I love empowering other women to be the absolute best they can be. It is never too late to be strong and FIERCE!
Sara Gerbracht
I became passionate about helping other women gain confidence, lose weight, get healthy and strong after overcoming my own struggle with pregnancy weight gain. I now have over 16 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, including a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, minor in Psychology, previous certifications in nutrition, personal training, brain health and I am currently working on my Exercise Physiologist certification.
Sarah Reese
I kicked off my fitness career after playing softball most of my life and becoming interested in how nutrition works in the body. Helping to open and manage gyms, I went back to school for a Master’s in Exercise Science. I went through a weight loss journey of my own, and began working with clients. Coaching became my passion, and since then I have been able to help so many woman change their outlook on what a healthy and balanced life can look like, all while becoming the strongest version of themselves. I work hard to educate and empower my clients to build their own version of a healthy lifestyle. I know that everyone can achieve their goals through a framework of daily fitness, nutrition, sleep, and mental clarity habits, just like I have. Learning to love your body and what it can do brings consistency, and consistency brings change over time!
Shelley Erasmus
My fitness journey began when I was very young; as a gymnast and dancer, I enjoyed movement and staying active. My love for fitness expanded in high school when I was introduced to the squat rack. Strength training forever transformed my life in so many ways. I earned my M.S. degree in Exercise Science where I had the amazing opportunity to conduct research on “What Constitutes a Healthy Elderly Adult” and the “Effects of Exercise on Aging, so I know the benefits of exercise and lifestyle choices go far beyond losing weight and redefining body composition. Although I knew “all the things” when I entered my 40s I struggled with creeping weight gain, low energy and feeling uncomfortable in my skin. A few years in I had an “Aha!” moment and realized the game had changed and it was time to change the playbook. I am now 50 and I have more energy, feel stronger and more confident than ever. I’m beyond grateful for what my journey to feeling fabulous beyond 40 has given me and I am passionate about using my knowledge and experience to help other women live their best life. I am committed to helping as many women as I can reach their physical and mental potential by cultivating a lifestyle they love. I meet women where they are and help them embody Movement, Moderation and Mindset so they can ditch diets and continuous cardio for good and live Healthier Ever After.
Toni Scheitlin

Since I was young, staying active and sports have been a big part of my life. I grew up playing land sports and eventually moved to the water world, where I currently compete in standup paddle board and surfing all around the world.
Through my journey I have found a passion for helping other women challenge themselves and push their potential.
Being able to share my knowledge and experience with other women to help them understand their potential and achieve their wildest dreams is my passion. I love helping women understand the strength they have within themselves to achieve any goal they set out for.
