Nikkiey Stott is the Co-Founder of WarriorBabe and host of The Macro Hour podcast. A Pro Natural Bodybuilder and 2018 OCB Women’s Physique Champion, she built WarriorBabe in 2018 to help women regain control of their bodies and confidence — for life.
With a background as a BSN-trained Registered Nurse and years of experience coaching women through menopause, Nikkiey has led a team of 65+ specialists who’ve helped over 21,000 women transform their health using WarriorBabe’s proven, science-based approach.
Her mission is simple: empower women to understand their bodies, master their metabolism, and feel strong and capable at every stage of life.

No. This is 1:1 coaching built for women 40+ that teaches you how to eat and train, to build on your metabolism and keep results for life.
I’m in menopause. Will this still work for me?
Yes. Our program is menopause‑aware and tailored to your body and lifestyle. We focus on strength, protein‑forward nutrition, recovery, and consistency.
Do I have to do hours of cardio?
No. We emphasize efficient strength training and intelligent conditioning — not unsustainable marathon cardio sessions.
What if I have injuries or joint pain?
We accommodate old injuries with alternative movements and sensible progressions. Your coach adjusts your plan as needed.
How much time will this take each week?
You can achieve your goals with as little as 2 hours per week of exercise. With strength training, daily movement, and simple meal structure, big changes can be made with simple efforts. But it's not one size fits all, and your coach will tailor this to your schedule.
