What’s up, everybody. Nikkiey here with WarriorBabe. And being almost six years into my fitness journey, I wanted to share with you guys today so many things that I believed that were wrong when I first started. Now regardless of where you’re at along your own fitness journey, what I’m gonna share with you today will help you continue on your journey with the truth. If you can grasp what I’m about to share with you, your entire perspective will change. So let’s dive into it. Eating salads all of the time will not get you lean and toned. Having that piece of chocolate or a slice of pizza during the day is not going to sabotage the results that you have thus far. Relax. Enjoy it. Tomorrow’s another day. Working abs every single day is not going to give you a six-pack. Now if all of this is making sense right now, smash the like button. Eating less than 1200 calories and starving yourself is not going to get you lean and toned. Spending hours at the gym is not going to make a difference. One hour of quality exercise is better than doing three hours of cardio. Do not fall into these false get-toned-in-one-month like Karen did. Nothing that is worth it comes that easy. Find what you love to do. Don’t force yourself to do a diet or a type of exercise that you don’t want to do just because it’s another trend or they promise you unicorn gold at the end. Be patient and fall in love with your journey. I guarantee you that if you come to the realization of those points that I just shared with you and accept the fact that your journey could take six to eight to 12 months until you start seeing the results that you really want to see with your body, your entire journey will get so much easier. And then eight months to three years in, you’re going to look at yourself in the mirror and be so happy with your hard work and the results to show. If there is anything that I can say right now, being six years into my fitness journey, that will help you, it’s this, know yourself at your goal and know that that girl, that woman, wouldn’t give up. So don’t give up. Just keep putting in the work on a daily basis. Building muscle, which is what gets you toned, takes a good amount of time. Accept that now and put in the work.
