Hey guys, Warrior Babe here, six months. My name is Christine, I'm 45 years old and I have two fur babies. I have a dog, Zany and a cat, Bella. I started my fitness journey probably about 11 years ago. I was co-owner of a fitness center down south. I now reside in New York. I've been a hairdresser for about 28 years now. And, I've always had a love for fitness. But in my years, I did, I learned a lot. I learned a lot from people. I learned a lot about form, and different exercises, I learned a lot about form, and different exercises. But I was learning off guys, really. And, I never really learned about nutrition. I never, I never really learned about how to calculate my macros, to get to the goals that I was trying to achieve. So, in that 11 years, I mean, it was okay, So, in that 11 years, I mean, it was okay, but it just, it, I really wanted to see what my body could do, and I didn't know where to turn to, because you know, there's, there's so much stuff out there with fitness. You don't know who you could trust. So I struggled with that. Until I saw Nikki on Facebook, and I watched a couple of her Q&As, and I was hooked. Her sincerity, her knowledge, her energy. So I joined, and I learned a lot about nutrition. And nutrition is key to your fitness journey. And nutrition is key to your fitness journey. I learned how to count my macros, for my specific body type. And, I learned how different my body is, how different my body is, post-menopause. And, how differently you need to work out, and you need to eat to get to your goals. I tried, I tried different programs. I tried low carb, I tried intermittent fasting, terrible. All I was, was sluggish tired, my workouts sucked. Intermittent fasting, It's terrible. So yeah, I joined Warrior Babe, and I think that, this program, it is the best program. it is the best program. The people in this program are, they're so knowledgeable and so helpful. And, and the actual blueprint, it's very easy to navigate. You learn everything I just said. You learned about, about your specific body type, you learn about how to calculate your macros for your specific body type and the workouts you should be doing, down to how much food you should be eating, when you should eat it. It's just, it's all there. It's all there, black and white. And like I said, it's very easy to navigate. And if you have any questions at all, if you don't understand anything in the blueprint, or you still feel like you're in a slump, there's coaches, there's just, there's calls, you could, I think three four days a week, you could call and you can have a one-on-one with a very knowledgeable coach, and they will direct you, in direction you need to be. So, I just want to say, I think if you're, if you're watching this video right now, you've already made the decision to change your life. And, I think you made a very good decision. So by far, the Warrior Babe program, I am so glad to be a part of. And, I just hope this video was helpful for anybody that's watching and stay consistent, stay dedicated. The results will come.
