Hi, I'm Robin and I'm part of the WarriorBabe VIP program. I'm a 55 year old social worker in Beverly Hills, Florida. I am married with three adult children and I have grandchildren. I got into fitness about 15 years ago when I got an iPad or an iPod for Christmas, downloaded Couch to 5K. I really started from scratch I'd done nothing since high school. So fell in love with running and with that had to do some strength training and really fell in love with that process as well. However, I never learned how to put fitness, all the exercise in conjunction with fueling properly and nutrition to be able to get results. So I would focus on one or I'd focus on the other, but I could never really figure out how to do all of it at the same time, and never ever got very good results. So fast forward years, two years ago I moved, total lifestyle change. Out of my element with my exercise people and lots of beers, lots of hot wings later found myself really disappointed and disgusted with how I was looking and how I was feeling. So I turned 55 4 months ago and right about that time I came across an ad for WarriorBabe. And I looked into it, I said, this is it, this is for me. Boom, this is what I gave myself for my birthday. I'm worth it, I'm gonna get myself back. So it's been amazing, it's been truly amazing. The weekly videos, being able to interact with Nikki has been fabulous, lots of great information, weekly calls with my coach and the whole team. More information, we discuss more personalized things. I have a monthly call with my coach where it's very specific to my own wishes and my own plans and goals. And then there's the constant ability to text. Our team supports each other, we share recipes. We boost each other up when we've had personal records, and when we're feeling like crap and we don't want to go to the gym, we encourage each other. So it's really great in that respect as well. Previously over my life, of course, I've calorie restricted just like everybody else. I tried a program for a while that resulted in weight loss, but it was all about shakes, constant shakes during the day and that just was not sustainable ever. And tried Keto, but you know, hey, I loved trying to live on cheese and salami but again, not sustainable and I had no weight loss. So this is amazing because I'm using great nutrition and getting the results that I want. So what results, I've been part of this program for four months, I bought shorts in May that I could not wear. By August, I'm rocking them, not a problem. I'm feeling much more confident in a tank top. My cardiovascular is better, everything is better. So the way this has worked in WarriorBabe is we use MyFitnessPal and we track macros, which means we're focusing on the amount of fat, carbs and proteins. Enough proteins to build muscle, enough of others to give energy and fuel your workouts, but also to sculpt that body. So for the first time I am tracking macros, which wasn't a huge stretch for me because I was used to logging food anyway. It's just a different focus, but there's no food that's off the table. You fit it into your macros and you make it work, right? So it's all about, some people say playing Tetris, it's all about that, so just, just getting the work done. So super. Super excited to be a part of this program. I encourage anyone who has goals to be stronger, goals to be sexier, goals to be healthy, try it out, you won't be disappointed. There's a huge support system and we are all babes here that have the same goal, but it's individualized and we rock and we support each other. So WarriorBabe rocks, VIP rocks and you got this because you're worth it.
