Here’s How It Works
To change your body composition and change your life, education is not enough, you need an immersive enviornment.
WarriorBabe VIP provides proven process, mental reprogramming, community and expert mentorship.
Dedicated 1-on-1 Coach
All coaches are certified in both nutrition and fitness, and most hold additional specialty certifications. Your coach will monitor your progress and guide you to the outcome you’re looking for.
1-on-1 Monthly Coaching
Every woman’s ideal macro numbers change over time, but you never have to make these updates alone. Every month, you’ll have a call with your coach to help you through these transitions and continue seeing results.
Biweekly group calls with your VIP coach to showcase your wins, get every question you have answered and stay on track with your macros, workouts and mindset through every change in your body and goals.
Any time you have a question, all you have to do is send a private message to your coach (you should get a reply in 24-48 hours). Anything you’re not comfortable sharing with the group stays between you and your coach.
Weekly Community Calls
3x per month, Nikkiey gives you one mindset idea to make fitness more effortless and enjoyable. Then 1x per month, we host a roundtable hyper-focused on ONE macro mastery technique you can use immediately!
Individual workout plans where you can log your weight per exercise for future reference and see your number of reps updated by your coach. Every exercise has a demo video within the app so you can always check your form!
Because of our strict requirements for adding new coaches to the program, we only have so many openings available at any given time.
If you’re ready to see if you qualify, just fill out the short 2 to 3-minute application below and book a time to chat with someone from our team.

Meet The Coaches
After playing competitive sports most of my young life, I found a love for the group fitness industry and started teaching classes almost a decade ago. Several years ago, I began working with clients of all ages 1:on:1, specifically with individuals who have struggled with obesity and chronic injuries. My belief is that a healthy lifestyle can be inclusive to all with the proper guidance and support – and the right macros!
I started coaching & training clients, in the fitness industry, in 2008! I grew up in sports and worked with specialty trainers myself. While job shadowing those trainers, over my beginning years, I knew this was the field I wanted to work and grow in.
I started my career primarily working with collegiate athletes and was also a group fitness instructor. I slowly shifted to focusing on coaching clients for bodybuilding competitions, after competing for years, myself. I truly love the science of building muscle and implementation of specific nutrition methods.
Over the years I’ve continued branching out, studying Pre- & Postnatal as well as a variety of sport specific training methods. I also dedicated time diving into extra nutritional courses for those who have/need any individualized medical needs.
I’ve been able to apply those things and work with those who needed more specific attention. My goal is to continue to grow my knowledge, each day, so I can continue to educate my clients and others.
I have been into health and fitness my whole life and competed in collegiate track and field. I became a personal trainer in 2009 and have worked in everything from 1:1 and group fitness/bootcamps to sports and athletic performance. I love helping women discover how amazing it feels to be strong, to fuel their bodies properly and to feel confident in their own skin. I believe every woman, no matter where they are starting from, can achieve these things with the right tools, coaching and support. My goal is to help women trust the process and fall in love with the journey so they can make this and the changes they create a sustainable lifestyle.
After a decade of working in the special education field, I finally took the leap to pursue my passion of health and fitness as a personal trainer. I also coach group strength and conditioning classes. Personal training/coaching just feels right to me. Fitness has always been a part of my life, from playing soccer growing up and in high school, running and lifting weights almost all of my life, and now competing as a 52kg powerlifter. I find joy, perseverance, and a sense of belonging when I am moving my body and eating right for me and my goals so I want nothing more than to share those feelings with my clients and to support them in creating the systems needed to reach their own goals.
I have been active all my life, even during my four years in a wheelchair. For a long time cardio was my go-to, until I fell in love with lifting weights and getting stronger.
As an ex-marathon runner who has eaten a plant-based diet for over 25 years, I know the importance of eating the right food and choosing the best exercises for your body. Everyone’s needs and goals are different. I love teaching and guiding women to plan and control their own health and fitness journeys.
As a former Division 1 field hockey player, fitness and nutrition have always been a huge part of my life. To me, having a healthy and fit lifestyle is incredibly empowering not just physically but also is exhibited through what you say and do each day. I blend together my life motto of having fun and working hard through my spin classes and group strength & conditioning classes that I teach multiple times each week. My passion for fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness is apparent in everything I do. I love helping women learn the tools to become the best versions of themselves!
Playing college soccer and having always been active growing up, fitness has always had its place in my life. My true passion is finding that balance in functional movement and sport and seeing how your time in the gym improves areas of your daily life you never even thought about. I compete in triathlons, and for me, being an endurance athlete is more than just going through the motions of a training session, but it’s about FUELING your body to perform at its absolute best! Once I discovered the power of nutrition and how important it is for performance and overall health it became a pillar and fundamental part of my life. I want you to not only look like an athlete but to feel like one too!
Growing up, sports and fitness was always an active part of my life. My true passion for health and fitness started after becoming a mom. I realized just how important it was to take care of my body both physically and mentally. My postpartum experience fueled my fire for helping other women do the same. I have spent 6 years helping women learn how to start their own fitness journeys in both 1:1 and group settings! The more I learn, the more passionate I become. My goal is to help women, especially other moms, learn how to take control of their health while creating a balanced lifestyle!
My passion for fitness and bodybuilding began in high school, and while it was a path I wanted to take further, I had always been told I could never make a career out of my “hobby”. After keeping up with my passion on the side, and continuing my education in the fitness & nutrition field, I began competing for the NPC in 2014. Fast-forward to 2019, I finally made the decision to go all in and pursue certifications and a career as a Wellness Coach, and I have been coaching clients online ever since! I have a love for helping others reach the goals they envision for themselves, as well as sharing helpful ways to not only make nutrition and fitness possible in a busy lifestyle, but enjoyable and sustainable, too! Cheers to your Health!
My passion is to help women feel strong, confident, & to become the best version of themselves! Fitness has been part of my life for almost 20 years. Over the last 6 years I have helped hundreds of women pursue their fitness goals through support, accountability, & education. I’m thrilled to help you fast track your goals & watch you crush your dreams!
“Find your fit in fitness” has been my motto since I dove head first into training in person clients in 2018. I believe that your fitness journey should fit into your current lifestyle and ENHANCE your life in every way possible. I want to show you how empowering it is to be strong and empowered through fitness and show up for yourself 1% better every single day.
I played four sports in high school before going all-in on basketball in college. Things took a bit of a left turn as I discovered my passion for resistance training, and I became a traditional-style lifter in bodybuilding, kettlebell training, marathon training, and even CrossFit! I love using corrective resistance training as a way to heal the body naturally, and fitness has brought a feeling of joy and power to my life that I never experienced before. Now, I love using my passion to inspire others to see the greatness within themselves!
My name is Kylie and I grew up in Western Michigan but have now lived in Metro Detroit for close to five years! My biggest passions outside of fitness and nutrition are my fiance, my four dogs and boating during the summer months! I got into fitness at the young age of 15, training with my dad after school and learning all the basics to strength training. Since then I have competed nationally in the women’s physique category and worked in all avenues of fitness with varying ages and fitness levels! About 18 years ago, weight training for women wasn’t as accepted as it is today and I have grown a huge passion to help women be confident and learn the skills necessary to feel comfortable in a gym setting, and be confident in their own bodies while building necessary muscle! I love teaching women that they don’t need to “diet” or starve themselves to get the results they want and to teach them that food is fuel and to not deprive themselves!
I started playing tennis at the age of 5, competed in numerous international tournaments and received a tennis scholarship to play for the University of South Florida. Shortly into my career, I discovered that I loved coaching even more than playing! I coached Division 1 women’s tennis in California while competing in NPC Bikini and taking on fitness and nutrition clients online, and my love of teaching drove me to pursue a PhD in Exercise Physiology. My current research is focused on differences in muscle damage and rates of recovery between habitual vegans and omnivores. I love helping others so much and plan to do just that through my continued education and research!
I am a Marine Corps veteran with a burning passion for health and fitness. My passion for fitness began in High School as a Varsity Track and Cross-country athlete. In College, I competed collegiately as a cyclist across the East Coast. In 2015, I commissioned in the Marine Corps and took an active role in preparing Marines for the rigours of deployment. As a Combat Engineer, I prepared Marines physically and mentally for the hardships of our job. While on active duty, I found a passion for CrossFit and nutrition coaching. I dedicated myself to helping athletes reach their potential in both health and fitness. Since leaving the military, I have committed my time and energy towards helping individuals live healthier and happier lives. I don’t believe in perfection. Rather, I believe that small changes done every day create sustainable and lifelong change.
“One Percent Better Everyday!”
My entire life I have been obsessed with the human body and what it can do. Sports were the first thing that caught my attention as a kid and I continued playing them all the way through college. For the past 8 years I have poured myself into helping others fall in love with fitness/nutrition and I’ve loved every second of it. The more I coach and help others, the more I want to learn so I can support them better. With my clients I like to educate them and teach the whys behind what we do. So when they are ready to fly my coop they have all the tools necessary to reach their goals and live their best lives!
I’ve always loved having an active lifestyle — not only for the physical benefits and the thrill of running 400m hurdles, but for the mental and emotional lift it has on everyone I coach. For the past 7 years, I’ve been a personal trainer and coach, specializing in prenatal & postnatal fitness and supporting women on incredibly rewarding journeys. Positive energy is my jam & my happy place is spending time with my husband and 3 children in the mountains of Utah!
I have spent the last decade preparing myself to be in the position of the coach and trainer that I am today. I spent 7 years in a physical therapy setting. I have trained children, elderly, and athletes, and I fell in love with watching their successes. Being in that environment fueled my passion for health and fitness. I became obsessed with educating myself and getting results which ultimately led me to becoming a personal trainer and coach. My ultimate goal is to help every woman with even the smallest desire for change to learn how to fuel their bodies properly and become stronger, more confident versions of themselves.
I’ve been active my entire life: as a competitive dancer for 13 years of my childhood, in field hockey and lacrosse during high school, and 4 years of rugby in college. One of my proudest achievements is setting a powerlifting record in Oklahoma! I became a functional fitness coach for all ages and abilities, a D1 collegiate strength and conditioning coach (where I trained a Pan American weightlifting champion and two Colombian Olympic soccer players), a health educator and exercise physiologist for active duty soldiers at the Army Wellness Center, and I love empowering other women to be the absolute best they can be. It is never too late to be strong and FIERCE!
My love for fitness and nutrition started at an early age. I am one of six kids and everyone in my family, including my parents, have always been active. From swimming, to lacrosse, to marathons, to triathlons, I’ve enjoyed it all. But it wasn’t until my 30s that I really dove into the passion of lifting, progressive training, and nutritional needs. The more I learned, the more it became apparent that there were so many others around me who felt lost as well. That’s when I changed carriers and went all in to helping others in group settings and one on one. My goal with each client is to help them discover their potential in fitness, feel better than they’ve ever felt, be confident in their own skin, and then carry those skills for the rest of their life. Because to me, it’s not about how long you live…. it’s about how well you live!
I am a lifelong athlete and was named the “Fittest Woman in Wisconsin” for five years in a row in the sport of CrossFit. My passions outside of the gym are going to concerts, traveling and staying active. From skiing to surfing to riding motorcycles…there is nothing I won’t try once. I have always had a passion for helping others, so for the last ten years I have owned and operated my own gym, and helped hundreds of clients lose weight, get healthy and into the best shape of their lives. My approach to health and wellness is sustainability and longevity as we need to take care of our bodies forever. From being a strong female business owner, to helping my clients achieve whatever goals they set, I have a “full effort is full victory” attitude and apply that to every aspect of my life.
With eight years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I am a multidisciplinary coach with a focus in behavior modification. I was a competitive cheerleader from childhood through college. It was after an injury where I underwent hip surgery in 2014 that my passion for health and fitness took off!. After going to physical therapy, being in the weight room regularly, and diving into fitness education, I fell in love with the industry. I have been coaching ever since.
Over the years I’ve developed specializations in weight loss, body transformation, sport specific training and pre & post natal exercise. I’m also a competitive NPC Bikini competitor!
My goal is to always be the coach that I wanted for myself when I needed one. With my background in behavior analysis, I believe I have an edge in communication and understanding with my clients. This makes for the BEST possible client experience: trust in their coach, themselves and in the process.
I love learning, and I adhere to a holistic approach to nutrition and fitness. I am a strong advocate for finding balance and creating systems to promote consistency and longevity. I believe that exercise is medicine and food is not only fuel, but is also healing.
My goal with each client is to not only coach them, but to teach and educate not only how to live a long life, but a healthy life and joyful life.
Health & wellness has always been my passion; it is the essence of who I am. I knew from a young age that I wanted to help people live healthier lives; I’m lucky to have my passion and career collide. I’ve worked in the wellness & fitness industry since 2002, and I plan to keep honing my skills and developing my practice in these areas. Over the years, I’ve gained specializations in functional fitness, weight loss & weight management, sports conditioning & injury prevention, working with active older adults, and numerous certifications in nutrition.
For the last eight years, I’ve been employed at an Ivy League University, providing one-on-one consultations in fitness, nutrition, life coaching & general well-being, as well as providing lectures and workshops on various wellness-related topics. I have a zest for life and adventure, and you can often find me in the great outdoors, or the gym. I’m a bulldog enthusiast, a Mom, an adventure seeker, and a traveler, and I’m always on the lookout for how I can help others.
I have been sharing my passion for fitness with women across the world for several years and my specialty is educating them on how to recomposition their bodies from the inside out! Sharing my passion for health and fitness goes beyond physical goals when I am able to help and share the journey of sustainable mental, emotional, and physical change that evolves during lifestyle changes made within my clients! I consider myself to be very lucky to wake up every morning and share my knowledge and passion for helping women look, and feel their best each day for years to come!
My name is Ashley! I am an Air Force Veteran, wife and mother of 3 with a passion for helping other women achieve their health and fitness goals. While I have been active my entire life, my love for weight training and nutrition began in 2009 after having two children in less than two years. My self-esteem was at an all-time low and I knew I needed to gain back my confidence. The gym became my outlet and understanding how nutrition affects personal performance was a game changer. From there I knew I wanted to empower other women to be the healthiest and happiest version of themselves. I’ve been coaching for several years with clients from all over the world, each with their unique individual goals. My goal is to share my knowledge and encourage other women on their fitness journey, to help them create a healthy, sustainable and balanced way of living.
Hi! I’m Jen. Mom, wife, coach, USAF Veteran, and lover of all things active! I earned my degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University in 2004 and was commissioned into the AF upon graduation. After spending 7 years as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer I decided to separate from the military in 2010 and get back to doing what I love. As a military spouse I was able to share my passion for health and fitness with the community through personal training and group fitness all while continuing my education in the field.
For over a decade I have dedicated my time to inspiring others to find the potential within themselves to meet and exceed their fitness goals…and have fun doing it! Nothing brings me more joy than educating clients and motivating them throughout their fitness journey. I’m also in a new chapter of my life now that my husband has retired from the military and we have settled down for good in Durango, Colorado.
My personal goals are to continue to guide others on their path to great health while also maintaining my own health and fitness so I can enjoy all of the luxuries that living in a mountain town brings! I will strive to empower all of the women I coach and motivate them to become the best versions of themselves!
I grew up riding and training horses in barrel racing and eventually went on to compete in college and at the pro level. Along with keeping my horses in top shape, I learned early on that making my own fitness a priority was going to be key to being successful at a high level. I now have two daughters involved in every sport you can think of so I love getting to see them learn the importance of taking care of your body so you can perform at your best! I am so passionate about having a positive mindset and the role it plays in all aspects of life. I’ve worked with women going through all of the many stages of life we get the privilege of experiencing and I LOVE getting to see them break down the walls and limits they had built up about themselves! We as women are Strong and Capable of anything we set our minds to and I can’t wait to continue helping more ladies find their inner WarriorBabe!
I came from a history of smoking cigarettes, running away and dropping out of high school at the age of 15 to switching my life around and getting my Masters Degree, teaching college classes on exercise physiology and nutrition, coaches athletes and general population alike, chiropractors assistant, nutritionist, and becoming the best version of myself within as little as 8 years. I know that if I can do it, the delinquent child that was allergic to healthy foods and exercise that was miraculously able to turn her life around, ANYONE can. I also suffered from poor body image and relationship with food and found ways to navigate the middle and find enjoyment, sustenance, and BALANCE with food and exercise and have made it my innate mission to give this knowledge and practice to as many individuals I can and make nutrition SIMPLE (simple doesn’t mean easy ;)). I can also proudly say that strength sports have helped me with breaking through my eating disorders and relationship with food and have won multiple National competitions in Powerlifting, CrossFit, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Strongman . I take passion in getting others to their goals without having to go down the same lonely road that I did and make nutrition simpler by honing in on the principles and foundational parlors that uphold a healthy, lean and strong lifestyle, both mentally and physically.
“Change is the essence of life; Be willing to surrender who you are for what you can become” – Anonymous
My fitness journey didn’t begin until after my children were born, which was the first time I stepped foot into a gym. I immediately fell in love with watching my body change through strength training and the mental clarity regular exercise provided. Fast forward through becoming an instructor and later a personal trainer I opened my own studio in hopes of appealing to those women intimidated by traditional gyms. I wanted to be the welcoming arms I had needed when I was first starting out. Now, after 20 years in the industry and watching my own body survive and thrive through breast cancer, my passion is coaching the individual. Meeting them where they are and showing them their unlimited possibilities. I thrive on inspiring new thought processes, new habits and a greater self image in everyone I coach. Health is the foundation of a life well lived and I want that for everyone!
My love of sports and fitness developed in grade school when I started gymnastics, and has been evolving ever since. From
coaching gymnastics and crossfit to personal training and nutritional counseling, I have been able to pursue my passion for fitness and change hundreds of lives along the way. The reward that comes with empowering women of all ages to become their best version has been amazing! I’m so fortunate to be able to share my love for health and wellness, and my goal is to continue down this path for many years to come. I am an advocate of overall wellness to include mental health and am currently working toward my Chopra Meditation Instructor Certification; this will allow me to lead others down the path toward effective mindfulness to make the mind body connection.
Every day is a chance to be better!
My name is Amanda and I have a passion for helping people. I got into fitness after my dad passed away. It really helped me through some dark times, once I realized my love for fitness and how much it changed me I knew I needed others to experience fitness and what it can do for you. I have done fitness competitions, dabbled in powerlifting, competed in crossfit for many years, ran a few marathons and am currently seeking my next fitness goal… thinking an Ironman. I have 3 kids ages 17,3 and 1. We are an avid outdoor family. My oldest races dirt bikes on the national level so we travel A LOT! I love anything outdoors that will challenge me or give me an adrenaline rush ☺
Since I was young, staying active and sports have been a big part of my life. I grew up playing land sports and eventually moved to the water world, where I currently compete in standup paddle board and surfing all around the world.
Through my journey I have found a passion for helping other women challenge themselves and push their potential.
Being able to share my knowledge and experience with other women to help them understand their potential and achieve their wildest dreams is my passion. I love helping women understand the strength they have within themselves to achieve any goal they set out for.
My passion is helping women quit the dieting cycle and start automating their healthy habits so they have more time for other things that bring them joy and fulfillment. I spent 15 years trying every diet and nutrition hack out there, losing & regaining the same 15-20 pounds time and time again. But once I quit looking for the quick fix and leaned into the work of learning my body and what made it feel best, there was no turning back! I lost 20 pounds and have been maintaining that loss for almost 10 years. Since then, I’ve made it my mission to help as many women as possible learn how to eat and exercise in a way that is healthy and sustainable. I help my babes create simple daily habits and implement the small action steps it takes to get them to their big goals, and in turn, that means more effective, long-lasting results.
My love for fitness and nutrition started in high school and I never imagined it would become such a huge part of my life and even my career. Since receiving my degree in 2018, I’ve been coaching women both in person and online, 1-1 and in group settings. My biggest passion is helping women who have yo-yo dieted for years finally find food freedom and learn to properly fuel their bodies. My goal is to help you find strength and confidence by loving yourself first!

Frequently Asked Questions
I’m in the WarriorBabe Blueprint. Should I upgrade to the VIP program?
The WarriorBabe Blueprint is a highly effective go-at-your-own-pace program with multiple weekly group coaching opportunities. By contrast, in the VIP program, we pair you with your own personal coach to help keep you accountable and provide more personalized feedback. This is essentially the “next level” of the Blueprint and makes it even more likely you’ll hit your goals!
I have a busy lifestyle. Will I have access to daily meal plans? What kind of time commitment do I need to expect?
While your VIP coach will design a training program specifically tailored to support your goals, you should expect to train for at least 4-6 hours per week. You’ll buy groceries, plan your meals, and pre-log your macros each day, and your coach will be available to guide you through picking foods you enjoy while hitting your unique macro numbers.
How do I know that my VIP coach will be a good fit for me?
Our WarriorBabe VIP coaches are certified in both nutrition and fitness and hold other specialty certifications, education, and experience in the field. While members cannot select a specific VIP coach, every coach goes through a rigorous hiring process, all hand-selected to join the coaching team by WarriorBabe founder Nikkiey Stott.
We use the information you share with us to pair you with your optimal coach from the very beginning, and our coaching team then works collectively to ensure that all of our VIP babes get the most personalized and effective help possible! In the rare occurrence that you and your coach aren’t a perfect fit, you can always reach out and we’ll pair you with a different coach based on your feedback.
How often can I communicate with my VIP coach?
As a VIP babe, you have a direct line via written messages in our app. to your VIP coach daily. Our coaches have 24-48 hours to respond to all messages; this will ensure that our coaches are providing the most useful, detailed guidance possible in their responses. In addition, you have access to team huddles with your VIP coach and fellow VIP babes every other week, as well as weekly community calls led by WarriorBabe founder, Nikkiey Stott, and specialty-topic discussions led by the VIP coaching team each month.
