WHAT IS IT?

The WarriorBabe VIP is a 1:1 personal training 12-month program tailored specifically to you. Work with a coach to get your macronutrients, exercises, adjustments, etc., and reach your desired body goal.

WHERE DOES IT HAPPEN?

The WarriorBabe VIP is hosted online and consists of a dedicated mobile app, check-in’s, live Q&A calls, and an online community. You work with your coach online, on your own time.

WHEN DOES IT START?

The WarriorBabe VIP is online, it starts the moment you enroll. Your coach will onboard you and get you started ASAP. Our VIP agreements are 12-month plans to guarantee you achieve the body of your dreams.

WHO IS IT FOR?

The WarriorBabe VIP is for anybody who wants to be in control of their body and the way it looks for the rest of their life. It works for anybody, regardless of their knowledge or previous experience.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You work with your coach to determine your body goals and how to achieve them. Your dedicated coach will provide you with customized macronutrients, workout plans, and work with you to adjust as your body begins to evolve.

I have been into health and fitness my whole life and competed in collegiate track and field. I became a personal trainer in 2009 and have worked in everything from 1:1 and group fitness/bootcamps to sports and athletic performance. I believe every woman, no matter where they are starting from, can achieve these things with the right tools, coaching and support. I grew up an athlete pitching softball into college where I pitched Division 1.  My passion for sports and fitness led me to my personal training certifications.  In 2016, I competed in the OCB Figure bodybuilding competition.   My psychology background and HR career has led my passion for helping people in and out of the gym.  I have coached all ages in softball and have created functional programs to help increase sports performance.   I have a very supportive yet competitive approach that helps support and drive my clients to their goals.

After a decade of working in the special education field, I finally took the leap to pursue my passion of health and fitness as a personal trainer. Fitness has always been a part of my life, from playing soccer growing up and in high school, running and lifting weights almost all of my life, and now competing as a 52kg powerlifter.
