Megan Greff

Hello. My name is Megan Greff. I am forty seven years old, live in Colorado most time, Florida sometime.

I am a wife, mom, and business owner. We have businesses in both Florida and Colorado.

Let's see. My biggest problem. We live in two different states. That's not my biggest problem. I didn't realize what my biggest problem was actually. This is what I would have told you my biggest problem was.

Traveling, you know, we travel back and forth, you know, Florida, Colorado. Once you get settled into a routine, you know, then you're moving. And then you get back home, it may take a week or two or four or six and then you start working out again and then you're in a good routine for, you know, four to six weeks and then you're leaving again.

And sometimes we travel, we drive and so we'll take a couple weeks to get there, you know, just kinda do fun things with the kids along the way and, you know, then there you are for two weeks not working out. That's what I would have told you my biggest problem was. What I have realized my biggest problem really was was that, I just had unhealthy expectations of what I I had unhealthy expectations on myself and unhealthy expectations of what I should look like and what I needed to do to get there. And so I did a lot of, you know, for, gosh, ten plus years, I did intermittent fasting, paired with, Atkins, South Beach, and then, you know, probably the last, gosh, eight five five, eight years. I don't even know. Keto.

Keto is super restrictive though. So, you know, food is either good or bad. So this really kind of fed into my ingrained you know, I just had an unhealthy unhealthy relationship with food from a young age and unhealthy body image from a young age. And so the keto actually really kind of fed into that.

So, you know, you're judging people for what they're eating and what they're not eating and, you know, keto's super restrictive. So I get to the point where I'd be like, I really want some fruit.

And then, Oh well, I'm out. I'm not in ketosis. I may as well just eat some pasta while I'm here, you know? And then I'd go back in and, you know, be there for a little bit. And I kind of do this paired with my, you know, travel back and forth and try to fit all the pieces together to, you know, try to keep me looking the way that I thought I needed to look.

Ultimately I never it was never enough. It was always heavy. I never felt good about who I was. I never felt good about myself. I never felt good about what I was doing, what I was eating, how I was working out. I never got the results I wanted. But, you know, I got to the point where I was eating one meal a day because I I was trying to limit the bad.

And let's see. Okay. How did worry babe help?

Well, so two ways. The first one being what I thought I needed, right? I needed the coach to give me the program to hold me accountable. That's what I said on day one. I was like, I need accountability. I can do all the things. I need the accountability.

So she's holding she holds me accountable, right? And I traveled more. I've been in Warrior Babe four months. I've been I've traveled more than I've been home and I have been super consistent. I have done all the things. I've done the workouts.

I let her know I'm about to be on the road and so she switches up. She puts in a band workout for me. So I do bands while I'm on the road and then I get home and like it has been phenomenal for somebody to be like there in my corner going, okay Meg, what does your future look like in the next week? Let's make it happen. I'm running out of time.

What I didn't realize I needed that Warrior Babe has helped me with was that I look at food differently. I have a much more healthy relationship with food. I realized carbs have a place and they're good and they're gonna help me reach my goals.

Because I look at food differently, I look at myself differently. Because I look at myself differently, I look at people around me differently and I'm not judging them anymore like I used to which is terrible.

But ultimately I feel freedom.

I'm totally thankful for who I am and what I look like and what my body has done for me rather than constantly picking it apart.

And I have hope again for all of the goals that I always wanted to reach to become muscular and fit.
