Hi. My name is Nausheen Bhagat. I'm thirty seven years old.

I am currently an internal audit international manager, and I have a little toddler, a four year old boy.

I want to say the biggest problem that I was facing, with my health and fitness and what led me to join Warrior Bay was gradually seeing a weight increase over the past year, year and a half, and I couldn't figure out why.

I had the opportunity to meet with several medical professionals, and none of them can kind of figure that out or pinpoint as to what the real, problem was. And so I started seeing, you know, ads on Facebook and other social media channels, primarily Nikki talking about, you know, strength training and eating healthier and working out and all sorts of things that I I thought I was doing to a t before, joining Warrior Babe.

But come to find out there's so many different things more than just what I was doing that was essentially impacting, the weight that I was putting on, and I just couldn't figure out what what it was.

And so just being part of the community has really helped understand the science behind the food that I'm putting in my body to essentially, you know, treat it as fuel as opposed to turning to it for one reason or the another.

And I've, you know, been with the Warrior Babe program for about four months now and, have significantly seen differences in my weight and just, the sense of energy and, overall, just a healthier lifestyle.

One of the biggest things I've been struggling with is getting sleep, and I just before before joining, I didn't realize how important it was to get adequate amount of sleep and how if that's not on point, everything else is not gonna be on point. So no matter how much I ran or how much I, you know, watch what I ate or, worked out twice a day or whatnot. It wasn't gonna make a difference. And so, just having that accountability to know what needs to happen, week over week to to kinda stay on track and, just make sure I'm I'm, you know, becoming a more healthier version of myself, for myself and for my son and and my husband, my family.

That's that's been the biggest kinda takeaway for me, and I just see it getting better and better, as the time is is gonna go on. And so I've started learning how to prioritize myself and think about, you know, sleep as as being the number one factor that I need to work on. But in addition to that, you know, really paying attention to what it is that I'm eating. And I'm not restricting myself at by any means.

It's more so just understanding what is enough and how much I can eat in moderation and then making that a lifestyle choice as opposed to just treating this as as another sort of diet, which I don't you know, I wouldn't say I've been on several of those, but just kind of listening to other people's testimonials and and learning about what they all went through. That's not this. This is more so just learning a way of life and, getting comfortable in it enough to to do it and and keep it and, you know, sustain it. And so that's just the the mindset shift that I've noticed, after joining, and so I've really enjoyed that.

It's just it's just been such a different journey. Nothing like I've experienced before. And so, I truly recommend Warrior Babe and just feel like it's been such a a breath of fresh air to really look at things from a different perspective and understand what it is that's really impacting my health and what what I could do differently, to just make more healthier choices.
